I live in east Bay oaks I've had some damage over the past couple months by the grass cutters here. I have broken windows hose, run over. My edging is all busted up.And when I had supervisors come out namefully, george, they always make excuses on why this happened.I guess I go around and screw up my own house or my own mobile home.These guys try to justify why they didn't do it.I don't know who else did I guess I did

I contracted with Prime-Scape Services & that was a really good move on my part. This service is without a doubt the best service company for all your landscaping needs. I had them do my 200 year old oak tree to bring up my canopy & they did an excellent job. They totally cleaned up their work area & the job they did was a top-notch job. Horrible drivers and road etiquette. There's no way your insurance would be happy with the way the guy in the big box chipper truck and the other vehicle drive on state road 52 trying to last minute get on the suncoast prk wy, cutting people off and almost clipping multiple vehicles

I called about canceling my service last month and I am still getting bills for this month and they haven’t even showed up to service. I call them and they never call me back I will end up suing them if I keep on getting billed. Worst service ever

I am very satisfied with Prime-Scape Services in which I have relied on for many years. I recommend them highly with praiseworthy initiative and perseverance. My technician, Ron does an outstanding job and I find him very reliable and dependable. I feel very bless to have their services.

Silk Oak Mobile Home in Clearwater, FL uses this company. Use to do a good job until the last 5-6 months. Many many shortcuts with many many complaints from multiple residents. Many notifications to the office and when you call the company direct you never get a human just leave a voicemail with no communication back. Residents try to talk to the workers about what is not being done and a week ago one of the residents saw their company truck and went to talk to the company manager and after the complaint the manager asked if he wanted job.....really.... this is a retirement park for 55 and over and lawn care is part of our very expensive lot rent. Sad customer service! Would NOT recommend using them!

These guys have been working next to my house all day. The heat has been unbearable, but they finished the job. Steve is worth his weight in gold, more than his actual weight. He has been climbing the tree, shoveling and working constantly. Bonus, bonus, bonus!!!

Prime Scape was doing a job at a neighbors home and I contacted them . They came out did a great job on my palm trees . I will use them again .

Workers cut down my favorite plant while hedge trimming and they keep burning the grass down to the dirt with weed wackers at the condo I live at.. I emailed the contract number and got no reply.

They sent a big crew to take care of our big trees. They were the hardest working bunch of guys I've ever seen (fearless, but not careless). They came back to make sure the job was done right and touched up some roots with their big stump grinder. They do what they say they are going to do. A great company to do business with.

Did the when expected and a very bice clean up

They showed up timely, came back after a massive rain storm immediately. They met and surpassed every expectation in their work oh, and their staff. Extremely impressed in these trying times of finding qualified workers

Professional service & knowledge! I thought my Rain Bird was malfunctioning & it turns out misprogrammed. Andy came out within 48 hours & fixed it for me! Would highly recommend giving them a call!

Person has road rage. Light just turned green. A second later he lays on the horn. Person should take lesson in kindness a patience. Then proceeded to ride the back of the car. Stuck middle finger up Beeping horn constantly. This is how this person acts. Can you imagine how they are doing work. Would never hire them if they can’t act like a conscious human being. Time to wake up. If you treat people with disrespect you get that back.

One of the most disrespectful and uncaring group of workers I’ve ever seen. They come steaming through the rv park, no warning to residents hacking and sawing away. Kids, elderly and other humans standing 10 feet away, branches dropping all over the place onto houses and RVs. We just happened to be getting a cracked windshield replaced as they came rushing down our block. They didn’t warn us they were going to be cutting 15 feet away and clearly saw a group of us out and a windowless car. They began sawing and in comes the branches, dust onto us and into our vehicle. We try to tell them about it so they care be more aware of their surroundings and they get an attitude and didn’t take ownership of their lack of care. One of our rv lights were damaged because they don’t control the branches they cut like other professionals do to ensure they don’t hurt anyone or drop their cuts onto homes and vehicles. Unbelievable what humanity has come to.

STAY AWAY! Non-stop issues w/pool service from tech missing a week(s) randomly or not being rescheduled for inclement weather instead skipping the week entirely yet still charged, telling us that there's a pool leak then spending $500 from a leak finding company only to be told the pool simply needed water - no leaks! Then other calls to try to upsell repairs for yet another misdiagnosis. Thankfully we had other honest pool repair people w/the ability to fix what actually was the issue, which was completely different from Primes diagnosis. Another time, I called a week in advance to cancel the following week but they still charged regardless. Any phone correspondence w/staff, most of whom commented the owner is very difficult, does not budge on anything, which confirmed our dealings w/the owner. We're snowbirds needing to be able to trust the people hired and this failed on so many levels. I'm not the only here that has had bad experiences w/this company/owner. RUN!

Prime Scape took over our pool service when they bought previous company out. The service quality kept dropping to the point we started monitoring the tech they where sending out via cameras , if he would show. You can not reach them on the phone, and you can not get return calls. The final straw is when they tried double charging us a month. We sent them documentation that the invoice had not only been paid but they also cashed the check ( pulled bank records). Response... well don't know what to tell you. Again sent them invoice they stated not paid, cashed check with invoice and thought we were resolved. Cancelled service went our way. Year later they sent us to collections for same invoice. Now they don't even respond to the company they hired. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'm not a customer, but Prime Scape trimmed my neighbor's tree. When I was receiving quotes every service I contacted told me my neighbors tree needs to be removed, one even spoke with my neighbors directly. The neighbor ended up telling me they spoke with Prime Scape and were told their tree doesn't need to be removed (like everyone else told me), and that they would be having it trimmed. I considered getting a quote from them too but quickly decided not to after seeing the quality of work done on their tree. Had you not known what it looked like before you wouldn't know it had been trimmed, large branches were removed but the overall structure of the tree seems very concerning and I can still see dead branches attached. The service I ended up choosing even commented on what poor work was done on that tree, and how it really shouldn't have been trimmed. It's worth it to spend a little more money on quality work and find someone you feel you can trust to be honest if your tree is in bad shape.

This company takes care of a trailer park I live in in Largo. They tore up a peace of myproperty outside and we’re not gonna say anything about it, when I got hold of the area manager Andy he told me he would look into it and that was three months ago. I’ve repeatedly called and he went as far as to say he would meet me one Friday needless to say I took a day off work waiting for him he never showed as far as I’m concerned there are way more better companies out there that are willing to do a better job beware of this company!!!

This company is the worst! I live in a MHP - they start at 7AM when they have been told not to... they ruined all the downspouts with the trimming, and recently chopped down a cactus and other plantings in my garden. They rarely clean up and have no consistency in the times or dates they service. I would never recommend them... we have called the management and get yes we'll address that - and never do.
