We had a bug problem years ago and called Pinellas Pest Pro's. Every three months like clock work they come out and spray under mobile. We might see a roach or two when we return in the fall but none after that. We pay by the year.

I had dealt with Scott when he was with another company. He was always friendly and customer-oriented. When I learned he had started his company, Pinellas Pest Pro’s, I hired him because I had an ongoing problem with rodents under our mobile home. Scott charged me a total of $925, and he stated this would be a lifetime guarantee. Everything went well initially; however, as time passed, he stopped showing up when he said he would. I addressed this issue with him, and he has not returned my text and has not been back to rebait the traps. I had to buy the vent caps, Scott said he had ordered them, but never put them in. He only put metal strip on one side, he used wire everywhere else. He certainly took advantage of me! ***I want to respond to Scott. A neighbor told Scott I was having a rodent problem, and he came to my door and said he would take care of the situation! Scott said he would return in the morning. When he did not show up, I called the office and left a message. When he did not return my call the next day, I called the office crying. I was frustrated with the rodents' noise and confused about why Scott had not responded or called. When he called, he said, “You sure stirred up a mess.” I had canceled my pest control service, and it was with the company Scott used to work for; they called him and were upset that he had taken away one of their customers. As far as my posting reviews, I post reviews on companies that do not give good service; however, I also post positive reviews. As far as yelling and cursing, that did not happen. I may have dropped the f-bomb, but I am guessing they had heard that word before. Did I tell Scott how to run his business, suggesting that if he tells a customer he will do something, he should do it? He did move some furniture off the lanai to the carport, which I appreciated. There were a couple of other things that he and his helper offered to do, and then did do. Other than not showing up when he said he was coming, I also addressed those offers. I saw another customer complaining about Scott not returning calls and not showing up. I wonder what that customer did to Scott? Lastly, if Scott believes his work outside my home was worth $700, “bless his heart”.

Wow!!!!! I am going to take the opportunity to defend myself and my company Pinellas pest pros. This was a crazy situation. I knew in my gut right from the start. I should have never taken this job. However, she kept calling and calling and leaving messages and even crying on the voicemails. Asking me to please help. Anyways, long story short. Yes I did charge her $225 for trapping rodents under her mobile home and yes, I did charge her $700 to do the rodent exclusion on the home. And yes, I even stopped coming by and taking her phone calls. When someone speaks to my employee, the way she did is unacceptable. She cursed and yelled and downgraded him. And when I was told what happened the very next day I came back to try to talk to her about the situation. I could not even get a word out before she started to yell at me. So I did not say anything, and then she proceeded to tell me how to run my business and cursing at me. I will not tolerate a customer disrespecting and cursing at me or an employee. she has had issues with neighbors the office at the park and lots of companies, a plumbing company, cleaning company, insurance company, and even an eye doctor .. just to name a few. Look at her Google posts and you tell me. she got a great deal for excellent work. And she was told step-by-step what was going on and she even came out and looked at it<br>. we actually went above and beyond and did a few extra things at no charge like removing her furniture off her patio to the carport so she could clean. my reputation means everything to me. I have learned my lesson and will remember to follow my gut feeling just a horrible horrible experience. Thank you for reading. owner/certified operator Scott Henderson.
Everything was good at first. I had rodent exclusion done and I was told they will come back to check the traps they set. Well they never came back and when I call they don't respond or return my phone call. So don't be surprised when you get completely ignored.
I have no bugs, so I assume they are doing their job, but they never confirm if and when they do their treatments each month. So how do I know?

Hello Eileen, I hope all is well. Thank you for your review i first saw it on friday afternoon and this has been on my mind ever since. Pinellas pest pros takes much pride in customer service and keeping customers homes pest free in the safest and most affordable way possible. I have serviced Ranch M.H.P. for the last 5+ years and i am very proud to say we have over 140 great customers in the park. I have tried very hard to tell each and every customer our schedule and timeline which is the following. Feb.-May-Aug.-Nov. and start the park the 2nd monday of that month and finishing that friday. However we can not preict the weather,emergencies,mechanical issues,etc. We try to be as punctual and efficient as possible.... we always leave a sorry we missed you note to each customer not home letting them know the property was serviced. and we now email and text all service invoices and statements to insure the highest quality service our customers deserve.
