This is the third company I have used for rat mitigation and by far the best. Tielor is prompt efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this company. We spent $750 to take care of our situation and it was never fixed. Upon calling them letting them know the situation was not fixed, we were told the prior tech quit and that the next step would be a plumbing test which would cost more money. The next tech said our garage was potentially letting the rodents in and he gave me a trap to set myself until we fixed the garage door opening (which i fixed after he left). He also said he would be in contact the next week, which ne never was. Ultimately, this business is a rip off.

Pestwise was the second service provider I used. The first provider was a complete failure. Our technician at Pestwise was extremely professional. Pestwise did an outstanding job exactly to the detail as specified before starting work. Additionally, he called me to keep me completely informed on all aspects of his work. I couldn't be more happy with the service provided.

Wow is all I can say. Every rodent gone from the attic, new insulation, and smells fresh as a new day in there. How did you guys do that? Worth every penny knowing our home is just ours and smells so wonderful!!!

We’ve been using Pestwise LLC for bi-monthly pest control on the exterior of both our home and business, and they’ve always delivered outstanding service. Recently, we discovered termites in our kitchen — the owner personally came out, assessed the situation, and eliminated the problem in just one treatment. Several months I been dealing with this company to get rid of the mice issues I was having. Didn't get rid of them. They patch up holes but didn't get rid of the problems. I made couple of payments still had mice problems. I will not recommend this company to my family and friends. Scam company. The company haven't reached out to me about my concern. I ended up getting another pest company to resolve this concern. A honest consumer.

We recently hired Pestwise for rodent sealing and attic insulation restoration, and so far, I've been satisfied with their work. We found them on Thumbtack, and after the initial quote, seeing their knowledge and willingness to help, we decided to use their service over larger companies. We live in an old bungalow prone to rodent issues, and the previous sealing job wasn’t done properly. Pestwise came in, assessed the situation, and sealed everything up efficiently. Tielor and Chanse were professional and knowledgeable, and their pricing was reasonable for the service provided. A highlight for us was the one-year warranty they offer in case rodents return or find another entry point. While it's too soon to know if the sealing holds long-term & eliminates the “Mickey” problem, we’re happy with the service so far and would definitely recommend Pestwise to our friends. If you're looking for a fair, knowledgeable, and professional company, Pestwise is worth considering!
