I’m not even in the area Coby services but when I called, Barb asked me all of my details about my larvae infestation and relayed it to Coby! Coby then called and walked me through exactly what I needed to do!! Talk about phenomenal ethics and customer service! If you’re looking, you can stop right here!!

i thank you for your response - but too bad it's all untrue - i did call your office several times and was specifically told that you did not cover any interior walls, etc - even your son told me and my neighbor that - and this was after me paying the additional warranty fee for 3 years - this is no help at all to me - thanks for the rip off - my kitchen cupboards were not the only problem - when your son did offer to treat the cupboards the price was outrageous - i don't anyone that could afford that - and it had to be paid in 2 payments within a very short time - terrible customer service

I have not had too good of an experience with this company. I used them for their tent less service. Not once did they tell me that this service did not include any interior walls/cupboards, etc. I've paid for their warranty service for 3 years now and it wasn't until last year that I was informed that this only includes outside walls. Maybe if I was informed of this earlier, I may have gone another route or at the very least, given options? The only option given was to pay an additional cost to treat the interior walls, etc., THE SAAME COST THAT IT WAS TO TREAT THE ENTIRE HOME???? I have given them referrals and still am, not sure why, waas not even given some kind of pymt option to treat the rest. Transparent they are not. Sadly

Received this extremely vague estimate for tentless termite treatment for my 1000sq feet wood frame home. I don’t know about you, but $4.400 is a lot of money. I reached out to the office to ask some questions regarding the process and the high cost. Office lady was very nice. Unfortunately, Austin called me back and was rude and not interested about listening to any of my concerns. As a consumer, do your due diligence before hiring this company. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of consumers by overcharging. Just watch out. Dear Coby, I am replying to your reply. I appreciate the time you took to reach out to me. However, I want to make sure that we set the record straight. My review is NOT just based on pricing (please don’t misinterpret). This review is based on pricing AND poor customer experience. First of all, Patricia was NOT the person who met Austin on July 9th. It was someone else. Just by that simple fact, I can tell you that Austin did not provide you with accurate information. I can also tell you that Austin did not provide any type of information to the person who met with him. As a matter of fact, Austin did not even do a termite inspection of the house. In short, I just want consumers to be aware of my poor experience with your company. If you made the decision to charge a high price for your services. Then, you must provide exceptional customer service. And in my experience you do not do so. All the best to you.

The company was able to treat my home for termites without requiring tenting or vacating my house. I also didn’t have to protect food items required in tenting. I have an older home with mature landscaping close to my house and it did not have to be cut back. These were important factors in deciding on Coby’s and I am pleased with the outcome.

I have been a customer of Coby's Tentless Termite and Pest Control for over 10 plus years. My home had termites and Coby's took care of it. Over the years I've also had some pest issues inside my house and Coby's is always there to rid the pests. Thank you for doing a fabulous job over the years and into the future.

I found this place on GOOGLE and see the good review so my husband and I give it a shot. This guy came into our 3 floors house...lead him to our kitchen where we had drywood termites dropping a few spots. He know exact where to treat and how to treat but rushing into the price estimate to get it done just the kitchen area only is $4,300. I thought I heard wrong, I asked him again you said fourty three hundreds or? He said 'Yes, that the cost $4,300.00 to get it done' I was like but you know exact spots to treat them. No need to treat the whole kitchen. He said 'No, you have to take everything out of there and I have to treat every single cabinets by drool the holes and inject into the cabinets' I thinking wait 'this doesn't sounds right to me' If other spot doesn't effected by termites why he has to treat it and how he injected into the wood if nothing eaten up and they all solid? and Plus, I had called several companies to look into this and asking for a quote, the TERMINIX quote was only $550 after they looked into it by the size of the kitcken. So how in the world the TENTLESS PEST CONTROL come up with such a BIG HUGE price on my kitchen? Are you kidding me? $4,300 for just couple spots to treat? NO WAY! So my husband and I went to Home Depot and get the products to treat termites ourselves by injected into the effected areas and it turned out perfectly fine. We never see termites dropping ever again and cost us like $30. GREEEDY people!!! Don't listen to what they say. They looking into your house to see how rich you are to spend that kind of money. NOPE!
