I would stay away from Terminix. Tech came into my house without shoe covers ad left boot marks on my floors. Next he sprayed inside the house without care and was rushing. The way the tech sprayed the chemical it left a trail of droppings all over my floor and even on my couch. I didn't pay $225 for a bad service and bad tech (Patrick). I would hire a different company!

Mice in the attic are gone! tech put traps outside the house, and within 2 days no noise coming from the attic. Plus he sprayed around the house outside and in the garage for spider, ants and other bugs. First payment was over $200, but that was for the traps and spraying. every monthly payment now will be less the $100 a month.

I’ve used Terminex for years in Florida so naturally I called them when I suspected termites in my new home. Termites and wood boring beetles were found and Kyle went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue. They were out the next day to treat and set up traps. The technicians were very professional and Kyle was super friendly and helpful as well! I’ve never been disappointed and the Delaware team continues the trend. Great job!!

My pest technician Kevin stopped out today to check on my baits. He sat and answered a plethora of questions about pest control and termites. A scholar and gentleman of a man. Even pointed out some issues that I was unaware of! Absolute treat of a fellow. The company would do well to make sure he keeps working there.

If i could give zero stars I would. We paid for a specific service and got a different service because the guy said he didn't have time and had to get to another city a half hour away. He said he'd come back in a week to do the service we paid for. Long story short, after many last minute cancelations and rescheduling on their end it was past their 3 month guarantee amd we still haven't received the service we paid for. We tried talking with the manager and was told because it's been longer than 3 months there's nothing they can do. Horrible service and I feel like we've been strung along so they wouldnt have to do more than a basic perimeter spray.

I called terminex to do a one time spray for insects. They force you into a subscription service that includes 2 sprays in the first month. You have to call before the month is up to cancel which I did. Even though they record phone calls they do not take you off the subscription when you tell them to. They charged my credit card which I successfully disputed. They are now harassing me endlessly with phone calls and letters. I spoke to two of their customer service people who were supposed to pull the calls but I'm still getting endless harassment. Next step is consumer protection. Buyer beware and pick another company.

Service is ok, but just try to cancel it after the contract term is over! 52 minutes on the phone with some clown pretending she couldn't count the number of times they kept changing my card after the end of the contract. They charged me again then. Credit card company is handling the unauthorized charges. Would never use them again.

I rarely write reviews, but I believe this is an important one for potential customers to be aware of. This company has been extremely unprofessional in coordinating their service schedules. Service professionals frequently failed to show up on the scheduled date or time, and appointments were often rescheduled without any notice to the customers. As a result, I repeatedly did not receive scheduled service, and workers would unexpectedly show up on random dates and times. This lack of communication and reliability has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, It is extremely difficult to get a refund from this company. I was dissatisfied with their service from the beginning. When I contacted customer service, they pressured me to give them another chance, promising improvement. Later, I was told I couldn't get a refund because the work was considered "done" — even though the technician never showed up to complete it. I feel this is highly misleading.

The initial services rendered for mice control were helpful. However after that point that service dramatically declined. Technicians often came without notice or with only very short notice to where I couldn’t be home while they were there. After the initial service no technician ever step foot in my house again to check or replace traps, but they charged the same price regardless of this fact. I called to cancel services and texted the technician personally to not come to my property, and they came out anyways and charged me full price at a time where I made clear on a recorded line that I no longer wanted service and it was straining me financially for no gain to my home. To be clear I called PRIOR two separate times and texted the assigned technician personally to inform him not come to my property and render services and they did so anyway and charged me full price. I called to have the refund rectified and they dismissed my refund request. This service is predatory and I will continue to let as many people know as humanly possible about how unprofessional my experience has been.

I will never recommend! A bunch of crooks! I paid over $165 for someone to come out and spray. The guy asked me to sign so he can go in my house to spray I was actually signing a contract unbeknownst to me for monthly service for $65. After I had already said I didn’t need continued service. They didn’t even find a problem that would have warranted monthly service. I have been going back and forth for months about $65 that never even got used!!!! Go anywhere but here. I should have read the reviews first.

Ed Phillips sprayed my house six feet up down siding and left my house looking like this. He was told he would no longer be doing my service but he then put it in as he came did my service a week and half later and he was never here! Tyler MCPEAK did my service and did a great job even though he couldn’t put it in cause Ed lied and said he was here! I’ve given pictures to branch manager!

I decided not renew my contract with them. I caught there tech on camera on one occasion walk up to my garage, peek around the corner then walked back to his vehicle and left. But I got an invoice he was there and completed his job. The second time, I got an invoice they completed the job but no one ever showed up! Both times either me or my nanny were home and I have cameras throughout my property so I know when someone is there and what they are doing. I'm a single income household. It was completely unacceptable and I'm glad I took my business elsewhere.

I just moved in to a new house saw carpenter ants, called terminx they came out told me I needed to replace my insulation in my attic to get rid of them spent the 2000 and I still have carpenter ants call them back they say I’m not covered because I didn’t get a pest service! What the hell do you mean?!? I spent 2000 on a service to get rid of carpenter ants and now no one wants to call me back! Worst place highly don’t recommend! Seek help else where! Oh wait I did forget to mention they cracked my ceiling as well! Blamed it on how the house was built and then later said it’s cause one of the workers sat on a beam and broke it! DONT USE THEM WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

They come out and gave us a quote of 112 perr month. First guy came out did 60 worth of work( as stated on invoice). But left a softball size hole on my house. Supervisor was call by the tech after he showed us the damage . Supervisor said he would call us to set up appointments to have it fix. Then the tech called about the other half of our service to be done and he was told they would be out the same week( that never happened). 2 weeks later service guy to fix the house called and said he would be out. That was 2 months ago. I still have a hole in my house and not even half of the work done to my house…. Dozen phone calls and 3 emails. They sent a bill out but not paying for the none work and damage they have done. Please don’t use this company more headach and money then anyone should ever have to bare.
