Stellar service at this lawn dr. They came out on time and gave me a heads up. The service person was professional and knew his product perfectly. They treated for ticks and now my dogs can enjoy the yard more. No crab grass and dandelions so far! I can't wait to see how much more my yard improves with their services.

I have to commend Lawn Doctor for their exceptional service and expertise. Unlike other companies, they actually take the time to thoroughly assess your lawn and diagnose issues. They noticed that I had Bermuda and bent grass in my lawn, which other companies said couldn't be fixed. Lawn Doctor not only identified the problem, but they also provided a clear and thorough explanation of the expectations and process for controlling it. Now, thanks to their dedicated efforts, the Bermuda and bent grass are almost completely gone. What sets Lawn Doctor apart is their personalized customer service. When you call Lawn Doctor, you speak to local people in your local office, not some distant call center. This makes a huge difference in the quality of service and communication. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor to anyone seeking professional and effective lawn care.

I usually do my own lawn care. Work got busy so I decided to give Lawn Doctor a try. Big mistake they came out I want to say April and thought out the whole summer. Every time they treated with pretty much minimum my grass never got green and never looked good untill I went to site one and purchased fertilizer and my own product. They also suggested I treat for Grubs when I didn't even have a grubs treatment to make this short I will never use or recommend lawn doctor over price and do not do a good job.

Very professional and carrying folks with this organization. They keep their appointments and services when they say they will. They call a day before as a heads up to keep pets off the grounds till treatment is completed. They are fairly priced based on what solicitations l receive. Recommend them highly.

Lawn doesn’t improve instead become worse. Pictures posted for reference. This is the outcome after 1.5 years of service from them.

I have been a customer for 40 years and have been very satisfied with the service I've received from Lawn Doctor of Newark. Brian was a technician at that time and I had just moved into our new house in March of 1984. That fall, Brian put in our lawn and has taken care of it since then. Many complements on our lawn from neighbors. Can not find any better company to take care of my lawn. Thank you Brian and your excellent crew for your beyond normal service !!!

After many years with another Lawn Service company, we switched to Lawn Doctor last year. We are very pleased with the results. Our lawn has never looked thicker and greener than it does now (and all last summer). It was nice, not having to constantly call for "come-backs" because they took effective care of all the weeds.

Very pleased with the service I received all year.....rather affordable and I save time not having to do it all myself....will use again next season....Chris and Rusty are in contact with me every service explaining everything that is going on with my lawn....highly recommend giving them a call for service

The law has consistently looked like a green carpet, all the years that Lawn Doctor has been our lawn service.

Lawn looked worse after several years. Now having trouble canceling service.

I spoke with Joanne on the phone now for an estimate, she asked all details and then said they cannot give me a quote over phone but only send a quote via email over the next TWO days. I've never seen a business that cannot provide the price of their products and/or services right away after getting the information they need. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager is not there. I asked how can I get hold of them, she said they would call back. Customer service is rated 0/10.

Tech would never call us when they arrived despite our request since we have a dog. They claimed to just let themselves in the backyard even several times when we were in the backyard they claimed to have been there. Not honest, and will not use this company ever again. Lawn looks worse now than it did before and the mosquitos are worse than ever.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. You over seeded my lawn and I still had some bear spots. Called you to come out and look at the problem. I was told that was not going to happen and I could pay for another over seeding service. I said after all these years and this is the way I get treated. I canceled any future service and called another company and saved $100.00 per year. So no I would not recommend you.

This company offered a one-size fits all service and made a determination about what my lawn needed without coming to my home. I foolishly paid for the season. At the end of the growing season I had a consult with another company that actually came to my house to discuss fall needs for seeding and growth; and they pointed out areas of my lawn that were nothing but weeds. I cancelled my service with Lawn Doctor; and I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Incompetent from the get go. Despite my phone conversation with their rep who seemed professional, there was no call back as promised with on site visit.

Thank you for over spraying my yard and burning my grass. I will not recommend this company, un experienced technicians and they don't want to take responsibility.
