Ehrllch pest control maybe a good conpany in doing work to get rid of wildlife HOWEVER their customer service and billing department are horrible and the worst. I had work done on my home in April 2025 and agreed to pay 50.00 per month. I went to make a payment on August 28th for 50.00 and they put a hold on my account and took 700.00 yes 700.00 of my money out of my account. We are routinely no-call/no-show'd for our appointments. This weekend, a tree eaten by black ants took out my fence. From the very start, we continue to have ant issues. And on this latest round, we took the day off of work to speak to the tech and try to get a handle on what they can do. No call. No show. But they reported that they were there and completed the service. That is an outright lie. We were waiting. We have 4 dogs who bark at the passing breeze. This has been the worst experience. Y

I can’t get my 9 hours back…..This review relates to Ehrlich’s appointment setting, scheduling process. I had an appointment 8/4/22 with a 12-5PM window, no one showed up and one called me to let me know they were not coming out. On 8/11/22, tried again with an appointment window of 8-12AM, again no one showed up and no one called me to let me know they were not coming out.
