Rasheed from mosquitoe Joe of Delaware was aweaome. Kept us updated on where he was and how long he would be. It gave me time to let my 4 dogs out before he arrived. We have been very pleased with Mosquito Joe for several years. My friends who are not found with being outdoors because of mosquitos were reluctant to come to backyard events until I remind them we have Mosquito Joe. Rasheed makes sure he covers everything and was very polite the the day I asked him not to spray a certain area (I planted a new garden). I am pleased with our communications . He lets us know when he ‘s coming.

Beyond pleased. The mosquito yard treatments work extremely well, and the professionalism & communication of the technicians and customer service is truly excellent. I’m glad I made this decision and will continue to be a customer. 2024 Edit: We’re in year 2 of continued service. Rasheed came out today and did a wonderful job on the property. Very pleased with their communication. 2025 Edit: This is my 3rd year as a customer. Rasheed usually does our service. He is outstanding and takes great care in making sure our property is serviced well. Both Rasheed and the company’s back office have excellent communication. I feel valued as a customer. 👍🏽💯

We love having Mosquito Joe treat our property. we spend a lot of time outside on our deck and in the yard, and never have a problem with mosquitoes or other bugs. Jay does a super job, treating every inch of our yard. Plus the treatment takes care of fleas and ticks so our dog is protected as well. Love the service.

Our tech, Rasheed, is fantastic! He checks all the boxes for great service. He communicates with us when he’s en route to our property and notifies me when service is complete. This is the first year we used mosquito Joe. I have to say prior if we went out, we would get 5 or more bites around our ankles as well as multiple bites on our arms and legs. That stopped with MJ treating. Our technicians have been most helpful. Jay and Rasheed have always been professional and accommodating. I’d recommend MJ for treatment!!

Looks like if you leave a 1 star review you will be hiding or delete as I did today or like everyone else that did the same they will respond by saying they can't find you on their data base. Iam write again a 1 Star review and yet NOT one phone call from them which confirms my comments, Go ahead and delete this one too. I will keep writing negative reviews any where I can until I get fair service for what I already paid you.

Lucas, we're very sorry to see your negative review. Customer satisfaction is our main priority, and we apologize that you have not been satisfied with our services. We would like to take this moment to address some of your concerns and clarify a few aspects of this situation. First, we would like to assure you that we have not deleted any negative reviews, as doing so would be against Google's strict Terms of Service, and would be impossible. Second, we would like to outline our history with you as a customer in order to provide clarity. Several weeks ago, you called us for a quote, which we provided. During this call, we informed you that after your treatment, we have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, which states that we will come do a touch-up spray at no cost if you are not satisfied with the reduction in mosquitoes. You went ahead and scheduled our service, and we got you on the calendar for the initial spray. After this treatment, we left an informational handout on your door that explained the treatment and restated the 14-day policy we had told you about during your consultation call. You called us and expressed to us that you had not seen a significant reduction in mosquitoes, and we informed you that a property will be up to 75% under control with one spray. We scheduled a full second treatment and again informed you that you would have 14-days to schedule a follow-up at no charge. After nearly three weeks, you called our office asking for this touchup appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot do a follow-up outside of the 14-day window, but we explained that we had a third treatment scheduled for this week that would lead to further reduction. We understand how difficult it can be to not be able to enjoy the outdoors and still be dealing with mosquitoes. We hope that this clarification of our policies has been helpful, and we truly wish you the best going forward. Dissapointed. First time it seemed it was good... but not, when I go to the front or back yard, even just for a few minutes!, I come in the house with my legs or arms full of moquitoes bites :( Horrible!
