Absolutely thrilled with everything about this company. Ralph was on time for the original inspection/estimate….as well as when he came to do the actual work. My original plan was to get at least 2 estimates but I was so impressed with Ralph that I decided just to go with him without seeking any additional quotes. First impression professional, it’s my second time working with this company so that’s says a lot!!

Pro: the customer service is very friendly. Con: I had both an indoor and outdoor treatment done (cost several hundred dollars) and have more bugs inside than before. I’ve reached out to the company re this and have not heard back yet about a resolution. Will update if and when I do. Perhaps ask what formulas they use and opt for a provider offering something else. Update: their solution was to try/purchase a second treatment. Will be the second within 30 days, hope it helps.

They still charge you the money for the service they do not provide so make sure you guys check your statements. Don’t put it on auto pay. they’re gonna keep on charging you and don’t give you the service and when you call back for a refund, they try to hang up the phone on you act like they don’t know you.

Made to feel we were an inconvenience for being squeezed in and after paying the situation worsened (about 3 weeks later) and when I called I was told they would provide a number to another company since I was unhappy with the results!? No offer to make it right or to look into it further just kept repeating what was written on the invoice.

My experience with this company was thorough, the knowledge and professionalism of the representative, was pleasant I would recommend the Bug Guy and will use them from now on.

I had a huge wasp nest in my back yard. They said we will treat the entire nest for $195. He comes out and a 3 days later we find out he missed half the nest. We called them to come back out and now they want another $125.

We were disappointed. We had to wait much longer than promised to get the report and it was pretty vague. We went with another company.

Left a few webs in my basement had to have them come back out! However, affordable, and friendly!! 😁

Very knowledgeable good rates

Emailed web page. No response. Called 3 times. Talked to reception. Still no response with real answers for very simple rough estimate. Disappointing. Looking elsewhere.
