The tech was very thorough in the attention to application. Though my garage is a bit crowded, he did his best to spray in open areas.

Left both gates to my back yard open and my dog escaped! This was just the final straw, I’ve been meaning to call these chuckleheads and cancel for months. No option to cancel service online, so I’ll be calling tomorrow. As best I can tell their pest treatments are worthless as well. Call someone like Orkin, whose treatments actually work. No I don’t work for Orkin.

They came to my house and treated my house then after a week I saw a centipede in my room. I texted the person in charge and they never got back to me about it. Mind you when I enrolled they said that after the main treatment if you see that the treatment didn’t work you can get another one for free. So it’s a terrible services for me.
I've used these guys for a couple of years. I don't necessarily have an issue with the service, but they signed me up for service every month. When I last signed up, I said I only want service between the spring and the fall. The representative said no problem. Just go into your account and delay the service to restart in the spring. You cannot do this on their website. You call the number, and it is automated. I cannot reschedule or cancel service. I will never use them again.
Very poor service and highly disappointed. I would not recommend. The salesmen are very aggressive and try to sell you on a great service, but lacked complete follow through. We had more bugs after the service then before we started. Also, the lack of professionalism was mind boggling. On two separate occasions when they were scheduled to come, they cancelled the appointment. To be more specific, one of the technicians called me and asked me to cancel the appointment. Instead, I ended up cancelling the service because this was the second time that they canceled. Unfortunately, I was left holding the bag and am responsible for a $200 cancellation fee because I canceled a service that they were not conducting. I do not recommend adaptive service to anyone.
Fast easy and simple. Tech went over everything they do and don't do before started and had it all done very quickly. Move forward a month when I called them out with a problem that I had and all I heard was how he couldn't do this and couldn't do that. I called the support line and the woman on the phone told me the same think of what they wouldn't do. Like get in the attic because it was to dangerous. When I told her that was crazy if the noise I was hearing was coming from the attic what was I supposed to do. She said that they would leave a trap and I could get in the attic. When I told her I couldn't walk she said I could get a neighbor or a family member to do it. I canceled the contract on yhe spot and she said that would cost me 190.00 dollars. I told her if I was charged that I would take them to court for claiming to be an extermination company that won't exterminate. I was not charged.
Couple of red flags. (1.) The service employees tell me they're not a good company when they come out (nice!). (2.) Service employee is vouching for the pests to stay (swarms of fly ants, actual swarms, writhing right outside my home). (3.) Service employee is telling me how to correctly ask for certain services because otherwise they won't perform them. (4.) After about a month, hold times to get anyone to come out skyrocketed to about 30 minutes at any time of day. These guys charge more than any of the other companies around, so you'd expect their customer service to be good, right? Wrong. I am ending my service immediately, and disputing their "cancellation" charge, as this is blatant poor treatment of customers. Going back to Erlich. At least they'll pick up without hold time so I can actually get an appointment scheduled. They'll try to jerk you around too and tell you you can't speak to a manager for 3-5 business days. Crazy how this is acceptable customer service.
This company will promise anything to get your business then fail to deliver their side of the bargain. The second visit was supposed to be included with the $300 I paid three weeks ago. Nope they charged my account another $169.00 without telling. I also still have spider and ants in my home.
If you get nothing else out of this review, remember this: refuse to sign a contract with this company. I had ongoing issues with the service and couldn't wait for the contract to be up. When it finally was up, I spoke with an agent and stated that "I didn't want to renew." Two months later, a tech shows up, with no notice other than a text stating, they'll be there in 10 min. They didn't email, text, or call, prior to the date of service saying they were coming that day. Lack of proper notice (so I can make plans for the kids & dog) is something I've complained about before. Apparently, there is a difference between "not renewing" and "closing the account," I would think the customer service rep would have clarified that after I expressed dissatisfaction with the service and that I did not want to renew. I'm glad I was home that day because it wouldve been an issue of trying to be refunded for a service that I thought was canceled. I will say that at least they did not charge for the final surprise appointment. It's frustrating to have a year (they tried to have me sign an 18 month) long contract and 5 months into it, you can't wait until it expires. If you're still willing to try their service, Refuse a contract! The price break is not worth it, make them actually earn your money rather than taking it because the fee to get out of the contract is almost as much as continuing when you're halfway through and want out.
I requested an afternoon appointment, they came in the morning when I was not home. They reason I requested an afternoons appointment, I have Ants inside my house. I wanted them to treat. So I am paying for a treatment that was never done. I have tried to contact them several times and no response from them yet.
I used this service after getting a new home. These people came twice for ants then I canceled. They have horrible customer service. Also, they added a 375 random charge, didn't tell me, and sent it to collections. They even sent me rude text messages. This company is trash. If I could give a "zero" I would!
