Had a major mice problem inside my house. I tried all the safe no kill solutions but none of them worked. I was very concerned about my dog or other animals getting hurt by the poison used to get rid of the mice. The tech assured me that it would only hurt the mice(the strength put down) bait that was used in the open were locked so no animals or children could get into them. I was highly satisfied with the knowledge from both the service representative and the Technicians that came to the house. Highly recommend

When I first called last year and signed up for their plan it was great. The last time they cam out only sprayed half my house. They were supposed to come last week to spray outside but a no show. Reschedule after arguing g with the lady that nobody showed up. They didn't show up again, when I called the lady said it was too hot and the guys got pulled, I asked why nobody called to let me know. She said she couldn't help it was hot out. I again asked why I didn't receive a courtesy call saying they wouldnt be out. Two weeks in a row with wasted time waiting. Never again!!!!

I set an appointment a week before it scheduled, they never show up and didn't even bother to call and say they won't come. I done with them will never call them again!!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM !!
