Wild life inc probably has the best warranty policy I’ve seen. It was honestly the reason I agreed to work with them. Everything is covered for life. Perry is also one of the nicest techs you could work with. Hard worker, just a great guy. Glad my wife and I chose this company.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Thank you! We're thrilled you had a great experience.

I called upon Wildlife Inc. to assist with a mice issue. They were responsive, friendly and professional. Perry, the service tech, conducted an inspection of my home for potential entry points then closed those spots. Perry returned a few weeks later for a follow up. It seems that my issue has been resolved but Wildlife Inc assured me that they would return if not.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review!

Wildlife Inc is absolutely wonderful to work with. They promptly answer the phone every time I’ve called with any questions and came out quickly to look at the issue. They are far more knowledgeable than their competitors. We will be using their services on any future issues.

We asked them to come pick up a dying bunny that got ran over and they said they would, but they didn't do it and now it's dead. 😔 0/10

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Hello Marcel, I’m very sorry to hear about the rabbit, but I believe you may be confusing us with city animal control as we are a private service company for residential and commercial clients at private properties only, and do not offer services for public roadways.

Wildlife Inc was incredible, and Richard especially blew us away with his kindness, reliability, and dedication to completing the job. The initial bat removal/exclusion service was timely and comprehensive, and when they uncovered several other issues along the way, they came back every day for the entire week free of charge to remove straggler bats and patch up any gaps that we weren’t aware of during the initial fix. All told, they removed around 50 bats from our house, we are so relieved to have this problem solved thanks to Richard and Wildlife Inc. Highly highly recommend, we definitely will work with them again if we ever have future wildlife issues in our home.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Sincere thanks for your positive feedback and 5 star rating!

A waste of time. Stay away from this company if you value your time. I recently set up an appointment with Wildlife Inc. I specifically told them I wanted to talk with the representative when he arrived. Appointment day and time came. I got a text saying the representative will be here in 15 minutes. The representative arrived 30 minutes later - but never bothered to tell me he was present. I waited for the whole appointment time (9-11) but never heard a word. We do have cameras outside. I could see later their representative spent 18 minutes on our property. He was 10 feet from my front door but never knocked or called. Why??? I followed up with the Wildlife Inc about the proposal they had promised me after this happened. Their response? We decided not to do business with you. Do you think they might be professional and tell me that? No, we're just not going to talk to you again. Great way to treat customers. Very poor service Very poor communications Not professional Bottom line, don't waste your time with Wildlife INC.

I called 4 companies. 2 didn’t answer or call back, and the third was a call center in India. wildlife inc was the only one who answered and I could tell this was a truly local shop. I had a raccoon who decided to make my backyard its toilet. I tried all the “over the counter” things to stop it from coming back, but to no avail. This company was exactly who I was loking for to come help me. They were able to come the next day and set traps. We caught two large raccoons within a few days. They are a little on the expensive side, but after waking up to fresh raccoon poop everyday for weeks, I was honestly happy to pay. Raccoon poop is extremely toxic, so enough was enough. Thank you to this company for resolving the issue I had with raccoons. I doubt this issue will resurface, but if it does, I will call wildlife back.

Highly recommend booking these guys over ANY OTHER ON GOOGLE!!!!! They aren’t expensive, great customer service, speedy service and do AMAZING work. We had a mama raccoon and babies in our chimney. We called them Friday and they were able to come out Saturday, do a free inspection AND start the eviction process that day! Just came back today (Monday), mama and babies are gone and they screened our chimney and patched a side panel so they couldn’t get in the attic all at an actually affordable price. I will be recommending them to all! Thank you again for all of your help.

Let me tell you a story. We are remodeling our home - so no one is currently living in it. We just had the entire house painted and cabinets redone. Next thing we know we log on to pay water bill, and see that our usage is 41,000 gallons!! The water is running nonstop. This is an empty house! Come to find out a raccoon had come in from the fireplace and in its attempt to get out, knocked down the blinds above the sink which ‘perfectly’ hit the faucet to completely flood the place and destroy the cabinets. We are devastated. Unsure what to do. Our first call is to Wildlife Inc. They reassured us that they would take care of our wild visitor. They sent out a team to assess and planned the evacuation. It was quite a process to get this momma out. She had destroyed our house and then delivered 7 kits in our chimney. With all safety precautions, Richard went up and extracted them. With all the havoc we are dealing with, it was nice working with someone who was kind, professional and got the job done. Thank you Richard.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

We really appreciate you taking time to share your experience. We appreciate your support. We consider it an honor to have helped you all.

I don't even know where to begin. A Racoon had decided to make my parents chimney its new home and had 7 babies! Richard and Andrew from WildLife where nothing short of amazing! They were methodically, but also patient....acting with care and concern for the Racoon and her kits. Putting a plan in place to get them out ....and that they DID! Richard even climbed into the chimney to rescue the 7 kits and get them out one by one!!!! He is exceptional! Thank you Andrew, Richard and the WildLife team! Our family is so grateful!

Your feedback made our day! Thanks so much.

I found having a raccoon (and her 2 babies) invading my attic space (through vents on my roof) to be incredibly stressful - mostly because of the unknown of what kind of damage can be caused, what to do about it, who to call for help, how to fix any damage caused and getting them removed, fix where they getting in, etc. Luckily a neighbor in the same townhouse found Wildlife, Inc and they came out promptly to investigate. They took care of both of us, reinforcing vents, inspecting attics, and helping to remove the raccoons through an eviction process using a deterrent spray to humanely force them to move on their own. Despite having to remind myself to be patient for the process to work, the team continued to check in, reinspect and reassure that it would work out and they'd help with any repairs that needed to occur. Luckily minimal to no damage and the end result is without any animals in my attic and my vents 100% secure. Hopefully i never have this happen again in my lifetime, but if i do, i'd call Wildlife Inc again!

Thank you very much for the nice review and taking time to provide our company a 5 star review.

I hired Wildlife Inc to help me with a raccoon problem in my attic! I paid $625 for them to remove the raccoons but they have a lengthy process to extract them that they would take 2 or 3 treatments of “raccoon paste” to remove them! They have been up there for a week now while destroying my attic!!! All WI has done has been unsuccessful and now say it could take 3 weeks until they will do any kind of trapping while they destroy my attic!!! Now they are saying that i assaulted their employee because i was mad and fed up with the lack of concern for my problem by raising my voice, i have cameras on my house that will show that!!!

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

For any potential customers considering our company and reading this customers review. Please understand, we make every effort to resolve every issue, with every customer, and that is shown in our impeccable reputation, but please, also read the following facts we are providing regarding this customer, and why we had no other choice other than to stop servicing the client, and to issue a full refund after he verbally assaulted multiple technicians of ours, left racist, sexist and despicable voicemails at our company, and attempted to physically harm one of our onsite technicians. Our tech had to lock himself inside his own service vehicle while this customer attempted to open the locked door as our technician drove away in fear of his safety and life. The customer writing this one star review had a female raccoon and kits located inside a portion of his attic that was not accessible to human beings, thus we could not just trap the female raccoon and take her away as her kits would parish inside the attic space. Our tech told the customer we would be performing a different procedure to remove the female and kits and explained it would take up to 2 weeks for the procedure to complete. After the first procedure under one week into the procedure this customer left a voicemail with our office stating he wanted the female trapped. Upon our tech's second arrival to the customers home he realized we would not be trapping the female raccoon as we originally explained to him. The tech onsite called his manager and our manager told the service tech to hand the phone to the customer which the tech did. The customer made threatening remarks to our manager who was prior law enforcement and was belligerent until the point our manager told the customer he could not get a word in so told the customer to hand the phone back to the technician. The customer swung his harm back and attempted to throw the phone at the onsite tech's face while cussing at the technician, making sexist comments towards the technician and was yelling that he wanted all the raccoons killed by our company or he was going to pursue legal action against us. The customer wound up handing the phone back to the technician who proceeded to be chased back to his truck by the customer. Luckily the technician was able to lock himself inside his vehicle and drive away. We have issued this customer a full refund and explained to him we could no longer service his property after this event. The customer has continue to leave us sexist, racist and threatening voicemails to the extent that we have had to now involve law enforcement. Additionally, if you read the customers review you can see at the end of each sentence he is yelling in his own review by leaving multiple exclamation points. It's an extremely unfortunate situation, and simply one we can no longer expose our employees to this kind of risky situation.

Worse service I’ve ever received, called to have raccoons removed from my chimney. After saying it would cost $600 With a 90% success rate and suggested that I should cover 5 attic vents at $100 each I agreed. So $1100…Little to no communication after day 1 and almost 3 weeks later the raccoons are still here. When I called to find out what’s going on I was given attitude and reprimanded for calling at all. Then told it would be an additional $300 to have them come inside and remove them from the inside. Dispute my utter frustration I was never disrespectful or belligerent. I asked to let me think about this and I would call back. Right after, they cancelled the work order and still charged me the $500 for removal without removing anything. So I was charged this amount for them to throw a q-tip down the chimney with male raccoon smell and I had to pay whether it worked or not? Crooks! Then they threaten to put a lien on my home if I dispute the charge. Laughable. Edit to add, since I’m getting a reply to this review 4 years later: The owner, in retaliation to this review…actually looked up my Facebook account, found the company I worked for and went to that company’s reviews. He left a 1 star review calling me a thief, the audacity! How petty must you be to hurt a small business that you’ve never done business with. All because you did horrible business with an employee that happens to work for them. This review was warranted, the one you left thinking you’d be hurting me was not. Also to add, after this nightmare experience, I did my own research and was able to purchase the male raccoon urine for about $20. I did the treatment myself and the raccoons vacated within hours. That’s how I know this company was ripping people off.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Hello Hannah, my name is Stephanie Clark, I am the owner here at Wildlife, Inc. I reviewed your customer account from four years ago and can see we helped remove raccoons for you. First, it is completely and utterly false that I, the owner of Wildlife, Inc. placed any reviews on you in any form or retaliated in any way. I do not know who you directly are and have had no association with you other than my company servicing your property. I do see you were offered a very specific service that was clearly explained to you via the agreement you signed that due to the circumstances the particular service would not have a guarantee due to the location of the animals and you agreed to those services. Nearly 70% of the services you paid for were seal-off services of the roof areas, which were done. We do not use or implement raccoon urine, q tips, or any product that costs just $20 and never have since our inception in year 2000. I am sorry to hear you had a less than favorable experience with our company, but the claims made in your review about myself and our company are completely false. Please feel free to reach out to us so that we may better discuss this with you, and resolve the problems you have. Thank you very much.

I was having trouble with bats in my attic and decided to give Wildlife Inc a call. Big mistake. Terrible customer service. However, first the good stuff. The 1 star (as opposed to 0) would be for the inspectors that came to my house. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything as they went. I had a good feeling about Wildlife Inc by the time they left. Then I got the estimate...... it was significantly higher than I expected and included over $1000 just to install screens in my attic vents. This seemed like an overly padded number to me so I asked if they could remove that element from the project and proceed with the rest of the items. They immediately responded saying they were no longer interested in helping me. Clearly they did not care one bit about my pest problem and just wanted to squeeze as much cash out of me as they could. I certainly won't be contacting them for anything in the future.

Response from Wildlife, Inc.

Eliot, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with Wildlife, Inc. in Denver didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that our inspectors were professional and informative. Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, expertise, and long-term effectiveness of our solutions, but we understand that transparency and flexibility are important. We regret that we couldn’t find a solution that worked for you and truly appreciate you giving us a chance. If there’s anything we can do to make things right, we’d be happy to discuss further.
