Don't show up to appoinments. Horrible communication. Problem not solved after multiple follow ups. I don't know how this company has any 5 star reviews. I'll discount some of the problems to me possibly being outside their regular service area, but then they should not have taken me on as a client. Charged for their services and put me on a quarterly payment plan for future service. First interaction, no one answers calls and only chat is available. Chat routes to text message where automated response tells you about how much they care. After a couple of follow ups they told me someone would be able to come out the next day (their website says call before 2 PM and they'll have someone out same day or next day). Then I got another text that was a mistake and they would not come out for a week. Came out. Did some service. A week later I reached out because the problem was not at all solved (well maybe, the mice did start dying, but they are dying in my daughters bedroom since she is on the first floor... Not exactly the desired outcome.) Tried reaching out to them and for 3 days got the "We care" message with no response. Finally got them to come out and they did another service. Still the same problem. 3 weeks later I asked they come out again. They confirmed the appointment and gave me a 5 hour window. No one showed up and obviously no one responded. At 6 PM I got an automated message that they didn't have time to come out (love this one) and to reach out so they can get someone out right away. I responded that they should come out the next day and was told they only come out on Tuesdays/Thursdays, so I should wait. After I waited at home for 5 hours yesterday and the mice are running around (the mice are far more diligent than their antagonist: Barrett.) Reached out to cancel my service so I can have someone that actually works in this area come out and actually solve the problem. Got the "We care..." message. Tried calling on 2 different phone numbers provided, automated message told me they care and I should stay on hold. After a few minutes on hold, "please leave a message..."... That's my experience. I would NEVER do business with a company like this... Unless the most important thing to you is that "they care..." but don't actually get anything done or respect your time. Look for alternatives! *** The attached picture is 2 months after I hired them. Plus a small sampling of this weeks messages. UPDATE 08/14: Barrett Customer Service got back to me and refunded the amount for their service.

Prompt and friendly! This service was a free followup on the previous ant, wasps, spiders and other insects extermination. The original visit took care of our ant problem!

We had Ken come to our house for pest control. He was so professional, kind and informative. He located the wasps nests, took care of everything and we received all the information on the portal. Great service!

They were in my apartment for less than 5 minutes... didn't do much of an inspection at all... very highly disappointed with the service we received... Will never use them again

I needed a one time service for wasps and mice. Barrett was the most responsive, affordable, and worked with my schedule. My tech was Ken and he was very professional, friendly, and informative. I am feeling so relieved these pesky wasps by my back door and other areas around my home will be gone. I would highly recommend using Barrett for your pest solutions!

Tyson was fast and friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was done in about 30 minutes. Good communication with him and the office as well.

My experience with this company has been horrible. If I could leave zero stars I would. The original technician did not finish the job. He drove away after being asked to come back in and spray a room he missed, and to walk us through the basement to show us what he had done in the basement , as he was only down there for about 3 minutes. I called the company and they said there was nothing they would do since the technician said he completed the job. After I left a poor review they said they would send a different technician out to finish the job. That was supposed to be today. I waited past the appointment time, they were a no show. So I called and the said they canceled the appointment because they realized the same tech was assigned the job. They didn’t even call me to let me know they had canceled. I spoke to a manager and said I wanted my money back. They refused. I will refute the charges with my bank. This company is the worst! Customer service is zero stars.

Run far from this company. Eric came out. Did no work nor use any product, ignored the concerns of tenants and left for an initial charge and follow up charge. Called the company, after lots of advocating, they were going to send out someone else for free to follow up. They scheduled the same guy. Then cancelled when they realized and did not inform they were cancelling. When we called after they missed the appointment Michelle refused to refund anything over the phone. Lovely. So now it's a bank dispute. 🙄

No problems making appointment. Erik arrived as promised, walked the entire perimeter. I haven't seen a wasp since he left!
