Brandon did a nice job checking all the vole "feeder" boxes. There was only one box that had a any sign of vole feeding. This is quite an improvement over what we saw last year. It looks like the Whitmore vole control program has been quite successful. I would highly recommend Whitmore for pest control.

I ended up cancelling my appointment the morning of because I had a huge emergency electrical problem at my house and had several utility trucks working on it early that morning, digging a 6-ft hole to get to wires, etc. It was a mess. Little did I know, Whitmore has a cancellation policy where they charge for cancellations within 24 hrs. This wasn’t explained when I made the appt or when I cancelled. They sent a confirmation text with a link that showed the policy. Never mentioned to look at it. And why would I? Appt was confirmed. And they didn’t mention it when I cancelled. They just sent me a bill. I emailed explaining the problem and they said they were sorry to hear about it but I still owe the cancellation fee. I will pay it, because I owe it. But they will NEVER get business from us or anyone we know because of the way they handled it. Shame on you, Whitmore, for not being upfront about your policy. I hope that unnecessarily burning bridges is a strategy that works for you.

I’m one of the owners here, and I’m disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the level of service we’ve delivered for thousands of customers over the years.<br><br>While we always try to communicate key details during scheduling, like many service companies we also provide a Terms of Service document at booking so customers don’t have to sit through a lengthy call covering every detail. Part of those terms includes a cancellation fee, which exists because last-minute cancellations leave our inspectors with time they cannot recover.<br><br>That said, our policy is to waive the cancellation fee when an appointment is rescheduled, and after reviewing the account correspondence I see that we did extend the offer to waive the fee if you wished to reschedule and place a card on file. To ensure there’s no lingering frustration, I’ve gone ahead and voided the invoice entirely.<br><br>With everything you were dealing with regarding the electrical issue, I’m sorry this added additional stress to your day. Our goal is that once a customer calls us for help with a pest or wildlife concern, they can rest easy knowing they’ve reached the right company to expertly solve the situation. We will use your feedback to continue improving how we communicate and serve our customers.

Ineffective and unresponsive. Would not recommend a company that can't be relied on to follow-up on the weekends. Left multiple messages, no follow-up. Have their subscription service and it's proven to be a waste of money.

The driver crashed into a parked car came in to my front yard, back up his truck, and it started to leak engine oil everywhere and they just left it there with out cleaning it up this is so unprofessional, now there is oil in front of my house and it looks all ugly thanks to the driver that hit a parked car, probably on the phone or texting, when I talked to him he looked drunk smh.

Says they offer solutions for birds. Got an email saying that they’re not taking those requests at this time and they can put my information, in mass, out there to see if someone will take my job. No, thank you. Literally have a couple of pigeons living under my solar panels. Please remove this service from your website.

Had to escalate to a manager once the collections rep told me I had to pay for a full qtr even though I’m cancelling due to qtrly service vs bi annually.
