These guys are crooks. I spent almost $10,000 trying to get rid of mice and all I got was more and more mice. I've been writing and calling them trying to discuss this to work something out, and they won't respond. Stay away.

Really disappointed with Saela Pest Control. I called about a month ago to cancel my service and followed their cancellation requirements. But they still charged me again this month even though they didn’t provide any service at all. Just a heads-up to anyone using Saela, make sure you keep an eye on your credit card or bank statements after you cancel. I definitely wasn’t expecting to be charged again for a service I had already canceled and didn’t receive. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Always courteous and lets me know if something is needing attention that I might have missed (like a hornet’s nest). Since we live next to a small farm and a few riparian zones & gravel ponds, keeping the flying insects to a minimum is a big challenge which they do fairly well.

Horrible, sleezy sales tactics. I initially got roped into a one-year contract with this company. I always try to avoid contractual obligations, especially when first using a company. But I figured how bad could it be. I'd get service for a year and decide then to cancel or continue. Service is meh. They like to text a lot and give you notice they are coming, but sometimes it isn't enough notice to plan for someone to be home for internal servicing, which then requires a second trip. Almost every time they service my home I have to have them come back for a re-service. Thankfully it is covered by the contract and doesn't cost more. It's just a pain to try and schedule. Now, I'm trying to cancel my service. The customer service department is highly trained in how to avoid cancellation. They are relentless with questions about the service. I told them I wanted to cancel for budget reasons, which of course they want to cut a deal. After several minutes, and on two different calls, I was placed on eternal hold. Their sleezy way to avoid a cancellation. I read similar reviews about this company after I had signed my contract and was a little concerned. Now I'm experiencing it for myself. It makes me wonder how many of the positive reviews are paid, friends, family or other business associates trying to overcome all the true negative reviews. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB and Colorado Attorney General.

Do not use Saela Pest control. They will misrepresent their services where you will end up being locked into a year long contract where you HAVE to pay for a number of services. To get out, you have to pay a termination fee, which of course the sales representative failed to mention.
