We have had an awful experience with this company. They came out and sprayed our house for bugs and mice in July, at which time the technician and I discussed we were getting ready to start a remodel so did not want treatment every other month. He advised that I speak with their customer service and as long as they came out within 6 months the price would be the same (I did this). Do not recommend. We had a mouse problem so we got a free inspection from a technician for exclusion services. We pointed out 10+ holes around the house that we wanted closed up. He said it was doable and gave us a quote. When he came back to complete the work, he only closed up 2 of the holes and then promptly left. He didn't even show us what he had done or say goodbye. We were baffled and when we called him, he said that those were the only 2 holes that were worth closing. Horrible communicat
