Always on time, great communication, reasonable and effective. No bugs in the house!

Took the time to figure out where wasps were infesting the area. Didn’t feel rushed but with my being allergic took into consideration the areas I thought were infected.

My tech arrived today and was very helpful. She supported me and went above and beyond. Unfortunately the 3rd party that schedules appointments needs to be changed. The first time I called to schedule an appointment I was left on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up with no support. I called again and talked to someone else. She was kind of helpful. She left me on hold for 15 minutes and was trying to transfer me to the scheduling department and had no luck. I don’t understand why it was so complicated to schedule an appointment. I explained multiple times that I needed support with rodents and the customer service rep kept saying spiders. She clearly wasn’t listening and then confirmed rodents. I paid for my appointment and was told it was an overall spray for all problems including rodents. Once my technician arrived she informed me the package I bought didn’t support rodents. Luckily she had what she needed in her truck and supported me. If Orkin had a somewhat decent call center I would be going back as the technicians were great. Until they fix this problem and don’t have a 3rd party company scheduling appointments for them I can bet you will see lost business and customers due in Orkin cutting corners.

I explained what the problem was. Traps were set and she sprayed around the problem. Hopefully all this will work out to solve the problem.

The process was quick, but very thorough and the tech explained the process well. The chemicals were also safe to use with dogs and house plants.

Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. Danny performed a home inspection and found carpet beetles and spiders. I'm so glad to have my home treated by Orkin to rid my space of these pests.

Technician, Justin, was responsive, polite, wore company representative uniform, badge as well as provided identification validation, punctual, thorough, and comprehensively explained the entire pest control maintenance care, schedule and process. Orkin has sent notification email and text messages confirming appointment, providing reminders as well as notification technician is on their way and when arrived. While usually I'd prefer to be left completely alone and not receive solicitation messages, anything pertinent to my appointment time and date is appreciated.

What extraordinary people these were- I'd buy them a huge catered lunch if I could. I had termites, and my experience with this Orkin group was great throughout. A large team ultimately dealt with my case, from the inspectors to the site work day pro Sunny and crew, and office coordinators-- and all were great. I was very impressed by how thorough they were-- they were willing to both inconvenience themselves, and have me do a lot of heavy prep work to my house in order to skip absolutely zero steps for total thoroughness. At several points, I thought surely we can be slightly less thorough and it will still work--but no, they insisted on zero steps or minutiae skipped, with work checked and re-checked by multiple supervisors up each time. On top of thoroughness, every single person also had really good customer service and was nice, which feels like a rarity.
