I recommend pest arrest! They are quick, friendly and informative about the products they use.
I called Pest Arrest for a termite inspection for my clients in Castle Rock. Their communication was 10/10, their work was professional and timely and the results were fantastic. They will be my go-to for all WDI tests in the future.
Service was great. AJ was prompt, knowledgeable, and performed the service quickly. I would highly recommend them and will call them again if we see more wasps.

Pest Arrest is a great company and the results from spraying has eliminated insects and spiders. Caleb is the tech that sprays the house. He is courteous, communicates well and careful in spraying around person property. I definitely will stay with Pest Arrest and recommend you try their services!!

Pest Arrest does quality work and I have not had any issues dealing with them. They are on time and you don't have to interface with them if don't care to. Very professional and their products are effective. I would recommend them without reservation.

I found this company online and contacted them about a roach problem in my home. They responded quickly and took care of the issue right away. They even came back for a second sweep to make sure everything was fully handled. Tommy was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process, explained the chemicals they used, and let me know whether they were safe for me and my pets. He also gave helpful advice on what can cause roaches and how to prevent them in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend their services.

AJ was great! He came out the day after I called, inspected our property, and gave us an estimate on the spot. We were able to get on his schedule for treatment within a few days. He's knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend Pest Arrest.

We called Pest Arrest Lakewood office to address an intermittent pavement ant problem. We wanted a local firm instead of a national company because we wanted true local service. Worked out great. My wife and I agreed that AJ was the best service contractor to visit the house ever. AJ was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He explained the Pest Arrest approach to exterminate the ants and answered all questions. No more ants. We are thoroughly pleased with Pest Arrest and AJ and highly recommend them to all who need pest removal services.

Pest Arrest is great. Everyone is friendly and communicative and it’s easy to schedule appointments with them. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have my house looked at after some yellow jackets made it inside. The technician who came, AJ, was friendly and helpful. What I really appreciated is his honesty. He told me that an expensive treatment wasn’t needed, at least not at this time, and that I was likely experiencing a one-off issue. He advised me about things to look for, and explained to me the scenarios for which I’d need to call them back out. This honesty and integrity is so valuable, and I will definitely be going to them if I have future issues.

We called and were able to get someone out here within the next day. We had Aj come out and do an inspection of our home. He was great, very friendly and answered all of our questions. He gave us advice and didn’t pressure us into making a decision right away. We will definitely look forward to working with him.

My tech (Stephen) gave great service and good communication; the service was a little pricey, but that's the norm for the industry. They at least work on one stop visits rather than asking you to sign a year long work contract that will cost you thousands.

Unfortunately this service did not work for controlling the wasps on our property. Their technicians have been out twice this summer and we've seen no reduction in the number of wasps in our yard. I'm sure they would be willing to come out a third time but I don't think it would do much. One of the techs recommended spraying the grass which I was not comfortable with, so that could be part of why it doesn't work, but I am seeing many wasps landing on surfaces that they treated and still, over two weeks since the last treatment their population has only grown. The technicians and the staff at the office are very nice and prompt with communication. I think it's a fairly priced service to, it just hasn't worked for us. However, they do have a practice of offering discounts for 5-star reviews prior to service, and I mention that because their perfect Google reviews were a strong consideration of why I went with this company, but now I understand that many of these reviews may not be genuine. I still think they're a good team of people, and probably great for other pests, and even wasps depending on your situation and what you are comfortable with them spraying.
