Tom and Quilty were phenomenal! They are definitely the perfect duo for any bedbug issues. Very quick and accurate inspection with wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely leverage them again in the future!

Five for service. ZERO FOR BILLING. Had to ask for bills to pay. Set up two companies as one. Repeatedly asked to correct but unable to do so. Thought it was resolved; then, received a statement for our entity but bills and charges for another. Threatened collections. How? when it is for someone else!!! Stop hiring administrative people to do accounting.

Our new Sprague guys, Evan and Gustavo are terrific! They are very thorough and come every month to treat our facility for pests. They are always friendly and professional!!

Cleared us for bed bugs but we are still finding them. They insist we aren't still infested.

They should tell their workers not to park in the middle of intersections at Falcon Creek so kids cannot cross the street safely. They might be good at pest control, but I guess they also hire people who only care about the safety of THEIR kid.

Yesterday, SPRAGUE PEST slaughtered an entire swarm of honeybees, in spite of being specifically told not to by the building’s owner. A beekeeper was on on-site to collect this swarm and rehome it and instead had to watch them being killed. Unacceptable. Please spread the word and DO NOT support this business!

Good enough service where we havent had issues with pest so I give 3 stars. I take 2 stars because the techs dont alway remeber what services they suggested. They suggested we replace our back screen door sweep, which it did need replacing, but when our tech came out, the same one who suggested we replace it, replace another back door. When we told her what door actually needing replacing and she said that the screen door wasnt an issue then said they would have to charge is for that door sweep also. I would leave less than 3 stars for this but I called and the manager apologized for the confusion and offered to replace the screen door door sweep for free. So at least they helped rectifying the problem.

Decent but needs to communicate further and stick to say it, mean it.

The front office is not very helpful - this is a Tacoma Washington outfit, so you have to go through multiple layers to get to your local branch. I scheduled a consult with a technician who never showed up - nobody gave me notification in advance or an apology afterwards. For $400 they'll set a couple of traps and put out some bait, then charge you another $70 to pick them up afterwards. I was never given any indication that they had solved the root problem, and was never able to talk directly to the technician even after multiple requests so I'll probably be calling another local outfit when the mice come back.
