Very professional and hard working. I have never hired a “bug control” company before. I have always had issues inside and outside of my home with spiders, webs etc. Franco had a very good presentation and is a smart and very personable young man. I agreed to the service. My first application was done by a young man who was hard working and did a great job removing the webs from the outside of my white frame home! I am hopping the application takes care of the bug issues going forward.

I’ve got a big “No Soliciting” sign on my door, yet your guys still knock on my door, wake up my infant daughter, and waste my time. In a world where everything has become so commercialized… in a world where we are constantly being sold to, you have decided it’s okay to knock on my door, interrupt my peace, and bother me in the middle of my day when not once did I ever communicate I need help with wasps. Next time you will be met at my door much more aggressively.

Sal did a great job! Located the source of wasps being seen on my back patio, and treated the basement for increased spider activity. He friendly, professional & efficient. Would recommend!

Sal Avalos was my technician. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service he provided. Sal was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional!!

The provider was thorough, respectful, and professional. I won’t know how well the treatment works for several weeks however. Although I paid $100 for this initial service, I also pd an additional $455 for the remainder of the year, therefore paid about $139 per application. I canceled my previous provider due to price.

I looked around some of the exterior and he seemed to do a good job overall, especially considering the heat! I did see two missed hornet nests so please talk to me before the next service so they will be removed. Also, was the back patio along the house sprayed for ants? And, does the granular you said you applied to the front lawn take care of spiders because I do have those. Thank you!

A young man came by and knocked on my door, even though I had a no soliciting sign. He promptly started telling me how I needed pest control services, which I actually already have. I told him I don’t need your service services and he said well clearly you do. I do not appreciate such a hard cell, especially when I’ve taken the time to make sure to say I do not want solicitors

Our technician showed me an old huge wasp nest on a 2-story eave which he took down. I also showed an area of an ant hill that he said had likely moved underground, as they frequently move up and down. He was very nice. I also appreciate that our high porch eave is cleaned of spider webs.

I have a Golden Raintree, which attracts Red-Shouldered Bug / Jadera Bug (Jadera haematoloma). This year is especially bad. There is an infestation of Jadera bugs. I hope this takes care of the problem.
