I had this company do some insulation work on my house. After doing the work, I paid them immediately. A couple of months later, they filed a lien on my house. I called, they said it was an error and they would get it removed. It's been three months and the lien is still there!

They kept my $300! Over a year ago they put insulation in my attic and I was very happy with the service and techs, fast forward to now and I’m extremely disappointed with their billing department. A mistake was made and $300 was sent from my Zelle account April 17th to Level Up. I called to rectify the issue and the billing department even admitted to seeing the discrepancy. They said they would return the money months ago and never did. Now all of my phone calls and texts are not returned, and my $300 has not been returned. I’m extremely disappointed as I referred several people to them. I had paid them in full over a year ago and there is NO reason for them to keep my money now.

Level Up did a good job. Protected the floors through the house and furniture in the access points. Crew was friendly. The job progressed at a good pace. My house already seems less dusty and the air just a bit crisper. The owner/manager was easy to work with and responsive.

terrible communication and never showed up for an estimate several times and then would blame me that I didn't see the estimator when I waited there for 2 hours each time. This cant be a real business if it operates this way. I am blown away how poorly run this business is.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I booked this company to insulate my garage triple garage doors, any walls and ceiling areas not already insulated, and the ceiling/attic above the garage. The estimate came for only one door so I had to call and include the second door. The estimate for batting in the walls was a non-specific recommendation for insulation. I repeatedly asked the estimators, Emal and Dan about the exposed walls and ceiling above the garage doors, but there was nothing on the estimate addressing that area specifically. When 2 other guys showed up to do the job, they brought NO batt insulation. I went over, with them, the areas to be insulated, and the one who spoke the best, but inadequate English shook his head and called Francisco, his boss, then handed the phone to me. Francisco argued with me about the walls, then found that they were, in fact, on the estimate, so told me his guy would go to their supplier to pick up the necessary materials. Since they did not bring enough Styrofoam board for both doors either, they also brought that back. They began at 10ish a.m. and picked up at 7 p.m. not finishing the walls or ceiling above and around the doors. Only about half of the wall batts were stapled. I asked when they would return to finish and the crew chief just shrugged his shoulders and said "up to the boss". I called the office the next morning to schedule the completion of the job and Mercedes, the office person said she would reach out to Francisco, the boss and owner and someone would get back to me right away. It has been 9 days and no one has called nor shown up, but my credit card was charged for the remainder of the contract (which I have now disputed with my credit card company.) I'm a 75 year old woman with bad knees and back, an am left with my garage in shambles, as the installers just threw everything into the center of my garage to batt one wall, then left me with the job they were contracted to do, unfinished! AVOID THIS AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! I gave them 1 star because they showed up on time for the estimate.

Great price. I got additional blown in fiberglass insulation into my garage attic and some additional over my adjoining kitchen area. I was able to get scheduled just a few days after I accepted the bid. Even on a weekend. Three nice workmen arrived right on time and had the job done in just under two hours. They cleaned up the little bits of loose insulation around and checked with me before they left. Thanks guys.

Level Up Insulation was fantastic. Several of my neighbors used them so I had them do my insulation. Carmelo and his team were on time, super careful and prepped (covered floor and plastic off the area) Great job on all. I can already tell the difference from having the insulation. They showed me photos of before and after the process which really helped me understand how much insulation they added/ lots. There are rebates and tax credits available so I would recommend doing this and using them. They made it easy.
