I moved into a new apartment and I was worried about bugs from previous tenants. I refused to move anything into my place until it was professionally exterminated. Andy came out and was very nice. He was very attentive to my concerns and assured me he would get the job done. I haven’t seen ANYTHING since moving in. I will highly recommend this company.

I cannot praise this company, and Tim, enough. We had a pest problem 2 weeks before our baby was due, and they came in immediately and resolved the situation. We initially had an evaluation with Terminix and it felt like a total scam with outrageous pricing. So glad we waited to find a local company. Tim made it as painless as possible and diligently and repeatedly checked on the house during treatment. Communication was excellent. They have amazing reviews for a reason. They stand by their work and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Absolutely recommend hiring them for any pest issues!!

AP is exactly who you need to call for any pest control issue you may have - there are no words to describe how grateful we are to have found this company. Matt helped us navigate one of the toughest and emotional life situations with a family member that had bed bugs and he did so with the highest degree of kindness and understanding one could ask for. He was there within two days of us calling, educated us on the whole process and the best plan of action, coordinated and executed four different applications and communicated expertly throughout the process. He was caring, sympathetic, understanding and non-judgmental which means the world in this type of situation and is difficult to find in a contractor. His values and morals are clearly evident not only in how he conducts his business, but also in the heartfelt conversations he had with each family member that made all of us feel human and truly valued. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Matt is fantastic! Our property had serious bed bug and mouse infestations. Matt was patient and worked around our tenants schedule and concerns! The infestation required multiple treatments and it paid off. No signs of either! Matt was the best! He's the tall brother.

The young man who cuts our grass sent me a picture of what looked like a huge wasp nest under the eaves of the roof. I prayed and called A. P. Pest Control. They were extremely flexible regarding my ability to be there when they came out and to be able to conveniently paying through a secure link. I'm so busy with my job that this was such a relief. When Tim came out, he discovered that it was not a wasp nest but a mud bird nest - much to my relief! He said he could get it down or leave it - whichever I prefered. I wanted to leave it. I wanted to pay him for his time and trouble, but he and Jamie insisted that that wasn't necessary. It was a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that is honest and puts customers first. A.P is my official pest control company!! Thank you, A. P.!

Today was the first time I've used AP Pest Control, but it won't be the last. The technician (Andy) was very professional, polite and extremely thorough! I've used a couple of other national companies over the past 30 plus years, but I prefer to use local companies...... the quality of service is soooo much better! I was very impressed with this company, and I highly recommend them.

Elijah came by my house today to take care of our wasp and spider problem. He did a terrific job and was such a pleasure to talk to. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Elijah was wonderful! Very kind and informative. He not only sprayed for spiders, he also cleared out a bunch of spider webs and even killed a black widow for us-Yikes! So glad we called them! Would highl6 recommend using them!

I had Yellowjackets nesting underneath the concrete of my back porch. I tried to treat the issue myself, which made the situation worse. Tim and Matt were so easy to work with. They’re prompt, reasonably priced, and fully professional. They used a special machine to smoke out the hive, in addition to a chemical to kill the rest. Their work is guaranteed, though the yellowjackets seem to be 100% gone. I’m so thankful! Don’t go with the big companies, and look no further— these guys are the best.

Matt is amazing!!! Up front pricing, honest, and was able to come out right away as we have an 85 year old wheelchair blind man that was getting bit up. I highly recommend using A.P. Pest control. Fast, friendly, fair and locally owned. 🙏

We were having a spider/wasp problem this summer and got a recommendation from our neighbor to try A.P. Pest Control. Eli came out right away and took a look - I walked him through some areas I was concerned about and he walked me through the process and what else to be aware of. He did a great job spraying down our privacy trees (which was like a spider city!!) and getting all areas of the yard and around the whole house. I will be able to enjoy our backyard so much more and have already recommended this company and Eli to my parents who are redoing their landscaping to add similar trees as we have.

Updated post: We had a great experience last year and made it a point to stay with this company this year. Unfortunately, they were unable to keep our original appointment after booking. While inconvenient, they apologized and worked with us to find another time. They did a Very thorough job upon arrival, which is very much appreciated.

Tim and his partner were super nice and professional. They kept me updated the entire time. Would rec. Bye, little mice!
