On their list of directions I did everything they asked, and I was hoping for a thorough treatment that guy that came in here was in here like for 3 minutes, it was like – for the cash I'm just like whoa did you spray in here I was asking him did you spray in here did you spray in there and he's like yeah I did I don't think so and usually pest control places they do along the baseboards in your living room as well he never went in there and yeah he just really did a quick in and out not real happy with it I mean I'm glad they came but for what I had to do to prep for them to come I just feel like they could have been more thorough thanks

Yes, my name is Della Barr and I live in unit 47 and 1509 North Pearl St. and you have a employer name Ethan and he comes and sprays a once a week or whenever yes of it whenever they allow him to and I just want to give him one real good compliment he is very good he’s prompt. He’s polite and so far the three times or four times that he had been here. I have hardly seen any roaches today I seen three and one was on the cabinet about to die so I am giving him the most high as recommend that I can. He is very very good and you all need to keep him thank you and goodbye .

I live at Liggins Tower Apartments. We were infested with bed bugs and roaches to the point that I was looking for other places to move. The first manager here would send up the maintenance man with a can of raid when I complained! I even showed her the bite marks I had! I was in tears! Angelina, the new manager, hired Anchor and we soon met Ethan the exterminator. That was about a year ago. Ethan comes every Monday and sprays. It took a few weeks but we now have NO bugs! You did it Ethan! Thank you so so much! Thanks for not giving up on us! You are my hero!!!

I started at a property this week and had Anchor come out twice. I had both James and Cody for mice, bed bugs and cockroaches. They both communicated extremely well and had great attitudes. They were able to take care of the issues and refer a game plan moving forward. I also have chatted with the ladies in the office on three separate occasions and they were more than helpful and so nice and sweet. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get someone to come out the next day in the four hour window that I was available. Fantastic experience so far and I look forward to building a long term relationship with them.
