In 19 years of pests at my apt complex, American Pest Control is by far the most effective, competent company that truly has the knowledge to exterminate roaches. Thank you for your service.

This pest company was hired to come through and check all units of my complex and spray for bed bugs. My neighbor who does unfortunately have them was told by the tech that he didn't have time to treat his couch. Umm isnt that your job? To treat for bugs?Make time or communicate to your manager so proper treatment is done. His apartment is still clearly infested. The tech informed the office that he did spray our unit. Didn't notice we have cameras. He did not spray our unit. Didn't even come inside with chemicals. Do not hire this company they hire lazy techs that lie and just flat out don't do their jobs.

I made a request to have 5 wasp nests removed from our building, a tech came out and left a note at the office saying that he saw no wasp nests. Is the tech legally blind? All you have to do is look up and you will see multiple nests. Bait boxes around our apartment have not been checked in months. Some stations are flipped over and covered in spider webs. It seems like the tech for this property is just checking into the office and not really doing any work.

You never get over the loss of a beloved pet. Especially when they are murdered by pest control. These guys contract with greystar, and are upset when they get poor feedback about their performance. You can expect to lose your pet on the next visit.
