They are the worse , I talk to guy name Greg and he is just careless about their customers I requested days off and try to do my appointments around them so they can came and do their job and they never showed up Putting excuses very disappointed I totally hate it !!!!

On time polite and professional

Receptionist “manager” is horrible. She doesn’t get back to emails, calls or voicemails. Messes up appointments regularly and is completely unaware of the processes needed to perform the jobs her Company offers. She is totally unprofessional when confronted with her mistakes and or lack of organizational skills. I’m Finding another company after giving this one many chances. This woman ruined it for me.

I would NEVER use this company. They make appointments, never show, and phone number never answers, etc. Wasted 4 hours of my time. Do business with responsible people, not this one.

As a business professional with rental homes, we have used this company for many years. That ends today. When I called for a copy of a receipt I was interrupted, then abruptly and rudely told that she emailed the receipt to us, and that she no longer has a copy. Lie. Every business keeps a copy of transactions - several, in fact. She was just too lazy to retrieve it from wherever they file the receipts/work orders. I did not appreciate being treated rudely after all the business we have brought this company over the past 10 YEARS. There are many other pest control companies out there. Don't bother with this one.

Horrible customer service. Never showed up for a scheduled time, said they would call back but never did. When I called back, they didn't care for our business. Not the type of company you want to work with.

We've always had great service from this company before and have recommended them to multiple people however on our most recent service call their sprayer broke which I get sometimes happens. We were told that the office would call to reschedule. Over a month went by and no one called. We've called 4 times. Left three messages, sent two emails and done one online appt request and still nothing. From a company who has always had outstanding customer service this is completely out of character... Are you out of business? Family emergency? Staff Emergency? Some type of communication would be nice. If it were not for such great previous experiences this would be a one star review but trying to keep in mind that this seems very out of sorts for the type of service we received from your company before.

The worst. They came out and sprayed for spiders, said their work was under warranty. I saw no change after the service and called to get someone out again nobody showed TWICE! I scheduled myself out to be there for someone and never got a phone call or anything just no call no show. I called and e mailed and never received a response. If I could write a review and give zero stars I would! They don’t even deserve the one

For a company being so small it was great service and their technician was very helpful! My complaint would be that they need more workers for they are able to schedule me quicker. Other than that my pests have stayed away!

Terrible. Came to our house for a pest inspection and identified bugs in our plastic irrigation box (yes, plastic) as termites, when in fact they were winged ants (as verified by two other pest inspectors/a PhD in entomology/a researcher at Colorado State University). Unfortunately their negligence did not stop there. They also said that divots in our hardwood floor where knots had come out were termite damage, and that the reason why there were no holes all the way through the wood is because they had been filled. Of course it was actually just divots from wood knots which, btw, termites don't eat because it is the hardest part of the wood. This was the OWNER of the company who did the inspection. I consider them to be negligent at best, crooked at worst. I called and complained and was told I would receive a call back from the other owner but never heard back. I love supporting local businesses but for this one I must say STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
