Weed Trol of Tucson

Scheduled regular monthly service and the employee scheduled to come would only show up about half the time. Called their main office many times to try and address the issue and potentially reschedule, and it was consistently our word versus theirs, with the employee stating that they had already serviced our home when they clearly had not. Finally, the employee called us personally to schedule and then ridiculed us for "throwing them under the bus" for not showing up before. After this incident, the office still backed the employee's behavior. They do not value their customers, take your business elsewhere! UPDATE 5/7/25: Response from owner 6 years later isn't surprising with this company. Interesting that their response completely circumvents the initial complaint. My account was always paid on time. If service was suspended as they falsely claim, why would they insist they had indeed performed the service when I reached out to inquire? Seems like nothing has changed at this company!

Finally got my yard done. With all the Spring rain, they've really been backed up. Nick did a great job. They'll be back to follow up later in the year. I'm very happy with their service.

Good customer service, employees were all friendly and courteous. Store was clean and food was good.

They spray my house and since they do it havent got any weed 😊.

So far so good.

Never returned my phone call to set up appt for weed control estimate.

I've used Weed Trol of Tucson for many years. They've been great!
