He consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating professionalism and extensive knowledge. Manny always takes the necessary time to ensure that the treatment is thorough. I have been a customer for a few years now and Greenshield has always provided a great service. Manny is our usual technician that comes out every time, and we have nothing but the best things to say about him. He is thorough, adjusts the service to best fit our needs, and always checks in to make sure we arent having any new issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes about and beyond what I would expect. We have had national chains attempt to pull our business away, but I always tell them I love our technician too much to switch regardless of the offer. I also have not had a single pest issue since switching to Greenshield, so their service is top notch. 5 out of 5, thanks for everything, Manny and Greenshield!

Jeri always does an excellent job each time she performs the service Warm and friendly also. Have never had a pest issue in over the three since we have had this excellent pest control service.

Jerry was very polite, punctual, thorough and did a great job of explaining the services provided today. I look forward to having him as our regular technician. Update after a 1.5 years they are not showing up anymore. We are going into active scorpion season so we now have to do our own spraying. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - MIKE P. TO BE EXACT! We have a NO SOLICITING sign out front in clear view! If your company truly cares about families and BABIES then DO NOT KNOCK LOUDLY PLUS RING THE DOOR BELL which wakes up the sleeping baby! The card shoved in the door had scribbles on the front which showed how unprofessional Mike P. is. This was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. Do not return to our home.

Not happy with service today. He was not here more than 10 minutes to spray front and back yard.We had to ask him to respray the back yard. For 80 dollars we expect a little more time being spent to spray not just a here and there.

This company is not honest upfront with pricing.

I have been using Greenshield for about two years. Cody is the very best technician I have ever worked with. He does a great job, he explains everything thoroughly and answers all questions. I have never had any issues or have ever had to call them to return. Thank you Greenshield and Cody you rock!!!! Had to let them go today after so many years of good service. Only got half the service today and when I called they apologized and said unfortunately the new techs are still learning. Poor business practice .......

The technician was very polite and on time. We’ve had different technicians come and go each time for the past year. They’re not around long enough to be familiar with our house at all so this last visit was 5 minutes or less to spray our whole back/front yard. I’m not sure why they have to try to do the work in just minutes. It seems like they sacrifice quality, by not taking the time to spray every part of our property.

So I just got my first treatment for a rental home a week ago for 'waterbugs' I'm new to the area and I didnt know anything about them so I called GreemShield based off of the great reviews and they told me they could get rid of them with no problem. That after the 1st spray I would only see dead ones for the first week once I sealed any cracks leading into the home. I sealed any of the cracks very well (I went a little overboard) I might add with caulking and nope! Still COACKROACHES alive and thriving! Ive seen more alive cockroaches then dead. Their chemicals must not be very strong or their technicians aren't efficient enough or a lot of the reviews on here are fake!

This company told me payments were bi monthly then charged me after only one month. I am extremely satisfied with who came to spray but the staff that works the phone is horrible.

I was pretty upset to see one of their service techs filling up his cooler in his company vehicle at 630 am. I called the office and they gave me the typical runaround and I asked that someone in management to please call me and never heard from them again. Pretty scary if that's how they run things over there. Think about all the kids out there waiting for bus between 7-8
