Melissa, we were having some phone issues recently but those have been resolved. Technology can make life easier but only if it works as it should, and unfortunately we saw some hiccups in the system with our phone tree connections. Sorry for any inconvenience. The service itself is fine. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. If you start service and decide you don’t want to pay $79 a month for a bimonthly service and try to cancel. They send you to voicemail after holding for 5-10 minutes every single time you call, then you have to call back and they actually answer. Then if you say you want to cancel they say the exact things you want to hear then don’t cancel your service and you still get charged. I’ve called 3 separate times to cancel so far and all 3 times have been told no worries we’ll get your account closed, then I still get charged. This place isn’t worth it find a local contractor and don’t give these people the time of day

Riley, we will look more into this. One thing to consider is the time you’ve been with us. And what length your original agreement was. If you’re within that timeframe of the service agreement, you need to speak to a specialist about your account. So that could be part of the issue. You would be responsible for the timeline you originally signed up for. Regardless I’ll pass this on. I don’t know if Riley Criner is the account holder but if the name pops up in the system then we should be able to get this resolved quickly during regular business hours.

While Tony did a good job in the past. I have to say your customer service sucks. I have tried calling twice. One I had to leave a voicemail that was not re turned and the other I was left on hold for almost 30 minutes with no one picking up. I have weeds in my front yard up to my knees almost and I can't get you out to take care of them. Why am I paying $70 a month for this poor service. I am seriously considering cancellling my contract and going with someone who also removes the weeds.

Troy was friendly and professional. Answered all questions to our satisfaction. Addressed the critter and weed problem. The only issue we encountered was the scheduling. Initial service time was set for a day of a family funeral. It was rescheduled to the morning 10am-12pm the following day. We had doctor's appointment in the afternoon. There was a breakdown in communication between the office and tech (Troy). Troy rushed over. Troy arrived between 1pm and 1:30pm. We had to rush to our 2pm appointment, got there a little late.

THIS IS A SCAM PLS IM BEGGING YOU DO NOT DO IT. A boy came to my front door acting as if he and his friends had a small local company and said they “do my neighbors yard” this is a sales tactic. He stated they would do a full yard service and take away the weeds. He also said they could come out that afternoon. My yard was so overgrown, they didn’t show up until a week later and they DO NOT DO A FULL YARD SERVICE. They only spray weed killer and that is it. He states if you need your yard serviced in between the times they come then to just message them but that is not true. all they will do is come out and spray more weed killer. I have literally had to handpick my weeds myself. They also charge $50 a month and only come to service every two months then want to charge you $500 to cancel.

Not only she dis amazing job but she provided great service, was friendly, asked for any questions or additional places for use to treat, she was so nice and so has been the other team members of this company. I was duped into a year contract by a pushy salesman that literally would not leave. I have called to have the service canceled several times, stating I had no intention of having this service for a year. I have told the representative over the phone that if someone continues to spray my weeds that they are trespassing on my property and I will call the police. Instead of having a real person call me, I get weekly calls from their AI service that will literally sit there and ask you the same questions for an hour and a half if you allow it to. I plan on getting security cameras installed and contacting better business bureau and I might have to hire a lawyer at this point. Meanwhile I keep getting calls and texts from their AI about my monthly premium which seems to continue increasing. I am going to document the fraudulent activity. If enough people speak out against this maybe we can put this company out of business.
