Doesn't respond to online inquiries apparently. I guess they don't want any extra business

Recently Pest Friends merged with another Tucson pest company called Responsible Pest Control. There are a few minor changes, and the AI phone system can sometimes be a little off-putting, but the service is still top-notch! I had a great service from a very friendly tech who explained everything very clearly to me, took pictures, and went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection. I would definitely choose them again!

I paid a large amount. The service was faster than I expected. There was a problem but it was corrected. The rodent and bee problems have been corrected. Abraham is exceptional.

Awesome company great job and all of the team are great! We have used this company for five years. They take care of all of our “pest” problems and have been extremely helpful and their technicians are always friendly, on time and call ahead! I called and asked to have an extra visit for scorpions. They came the next day! Excellent service! I encourage you to check them out!

Place turned into a joke. We’ve been with them for four years and they suck. When they first started they were great, then the service started to fall off. We tried to cancel and they made it right. This has happened a few times since then. Now they got bought out and they’re even worse. Can’t get anybody on the phone, they double charge to not do anything. I’d stay away.

They did and inspection of the outside of my home and sent 2 quotes but now they won't respond to emails or calls...odd..

This is for Abraham. He came an hour and a half early. We weren’t there because the notice we received said he would arrive 2:30 to 4 pm. He came at 1 pm. We like to be there. I haven’t checked to see if the work was completed.

Very rude on the phone

Absolutely terrible service from their technician. Tried to follow up with the main office and they couldn't care less! There are a ton of other pest control companies out there. I would recommend any of them other than this place.

Your drivers need to slow down, use their turn signals and be mindful while on the road!

It's been a full year of their pest control trying to take care of my ants .That was the whole reason I started with them. All the ants are still there and now that summer's coming I even have more. I'm going to ask them for all my money back including my $500 deposit. Yes they do come out every other month and charge you for pest control with a billing period of every month. I will cancel my contract at the end of this month and not continue with them. All. The people that came out were friendly and tried. But I don't think they have the chemicals to really do the job. I'm tired of my grandchildren getting bit by ants and I have started to use my own chemicals to see if I can do it better than they can. My advice is do yourself and not use this company.
