You agent "Mandy" arrived as scheduled, reviewed the work to be done, did the job, then notified me when she had completed the work.

Gina was very conscientious and thorough with the application of our yard. She made sure every little, small space was sprayed. The weed prevention was even throughout, no scare rows or spaces, and well applied. Please send her to our next application!

I missed your man this morning, he came early and I had taken a neighbor to the airport. I wanted to ask him why I have all the weeds in my yard if he sprayed it a couple of weeks ago.

I wanted to leave a review for the technician (Antonio Segura) who serviced my property—he did an outstanding job. His attention to detail really stood out, and he took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. I especially appreciated how careful and respectful he was around my plants, which means a lot to me. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. Because of the excellent service he provided, I would specifically like to request him for future visits, particularly for weed spraying on my property. Great work and much appreciated!

My whole yard didn’t get completed.

Weedco spray is good I have been using it gor years. But dealing with the office is challenging. Right hand doesnt talk to the left hand. They disregard emails and keep calling and calling. They mix up dates, addresses, and customer's info. Frustating.

No complaints with the weed treatment service, but customer service is lacking. My next appointment is coming up in a week, and despite being scheduled for a specific date - they text asking you to call. Upon calling, I find out that they have changed their payment policy and are now passing on a 3% surcharge for credit card payments (which is the ONLY payment method they allow you to select online). For someone like me who is legally blind and does not drive, I now have to make special arrangements to get cash in advance of their visit to avoid their merchant fees. Just set your price to cover your business costs. It shouldn't be so hard to do business with you. EDIT on 2/15/24: After confirming, by phone on 2/6, my appointment for 2/15 and making a special trip to get cash in advance of the visit - WeedCo was a no show. I called in again at 3:45 PM and was told my appointment was now set for 2/29. Nobody ever called or texted to move the appointment. I've asked for a manager or the owner to call me. We will see. EDIT on 2/21/25: I'm done with WeedCo. They sprayed my property for weeds in December. Had to call them back in January because I had weeds coming up. They did a spot treatment. Now it's February and I have weeds popping up again. Called them back and the earliest they can show up is over two weeks from now. This piss poor kind of "customer service" is endemic around Tucson. Nobody cares about their customers. I'll be doing my own spraying from this point forward.

Technician arrived half hour before scheduled, I was unable to prepare yard for spray. I've had WeedCo 8 times before, this treatment was "skimpy", expect I'll have weed growth. Invoice received next day showed while I'd paid in full by check, the office also billed my credit card ...and added a credit card fee.

They are supposed to be open at 7am I have called the last 3 days to make an appointment around 7 am and no answer the voice message say that they are closed at that business hour are 7am to 5pm not good business

Don't call this place! What a cluster to try to get a hold of someone. I called them 2 days ago and no call back to schedule an appointment. Are they that busy? Why can't they let the customer know from the beginning. They have an answering service and the third time I called to actually get the office number the person gave me the phone number to Sirius XM radio. I had to leave one star to post this review otherwise I would be leaving negative stars

I was referred by a friend for outstanding service by this company, so I reached out about a quote for service on my home gave all my information and never received a call or email with my quote I was a little disappointed, I ended up using a local small business instead.

Can't get a weed service scheduled despite 3 phone calls and an email. All I get is a third party answering service, that should be your first red flag. My neighbors referred them but its been over a week and haven't gotten a response. good luck

Before the application was complete, it started to rain. Before the technician left with began raining heavily. It was even hailing. I'm sure any product that was applied was immediately washed away. Please reschedule.

I was thoroughly disappointed and completely surprised at the lack of professionalism I received using this company’s service. They say they have a guarantee that if within five months of your initial spray, if any weeds grow back, they will come back for free and do it again. I called for both my home and my business, and they came to my home to redo the yard, as the weeds grew back after a rain storm, but they would not go to my business. I reached out via email, text, phone, and even on Facebook and they removed my post. I left so many messages for the manager Lacey and she didn’t get back to me. And Justin, the owner got back to me months later and said they would come out and redo the service, but it wouldn’t be for free like their policy states. What a scam and waste of money! I strongly suggest finding another service as they are completely unprofessional, rude and did a horrible job. Now I have to go out and find somebody else to do what should’ve been done correctly in the first place. They don’t even deserve a one star, zero stars would be better and more appropriate. Steer clear of this company and their horrible work ethics and values as they have none!!!
