Moxie management has done the right thing after a brief period of billing misunderstanding. They agreed to refund the last payment which was for a service I didn't request and wasn't expecting. I am glad they took the right step. THANK YOU, MOXIE.

Excellent service to start and as time went on I have received numerous messages about a technician that I requested, each time a representative will say that they will send me the technician when I am receive service but when it's time I receive that I will get one of there best field technician the first one comes out and only doing bare minimum work leaving spider web on the house, they send me the technician i requested, second time same story from office staff we will update our account and make sure you get the technician you requested wrong send me another field expert and he tried to not change the glue traps he wanted to again they send out the technician i requested after poor service i continue to cancel service but I didn't read the very small cancelation policy. I won't nor will I recommend them to anyone i know. Everyone experience will be different this is just my experience..I don't want to say they are bad but I will say that transparency and honesty will work better than being evasive!!!

They've been coming for regular service a while now. Just had another quarterly inspection/service August 2023 - Billy G came and got everything done with no issues. They call, text, or email the day before, get in, do the job, and leave. No fuss, no muss. Overall, pretty pleasant to work with. Still happy with them. Nothing new to add after several years. November 2023 - Daniel N was here this morning and completed the service quickly and professionally. He checked with me about some additional questions I had and gave some information on steps I can take plus additional services the company offers. August 2024 - another service done. Overall still going well. February 2025 - another service and still going well. May 2025 - Bowen just came and did another service, knocked on the door before and after, was very courteous and quick. Still going well overall. January 2026 and another service by Ryan R. this time. He came in took great care of everything and left. He sent a detailed report afterwards, which was very informative. Still going well overall. April 2026 and another service, this time by Nathaniel H. He came in and took are over everything fine and left. Got a detailed report afterwards. Still getting well. July 2026 and another service by Kassandra this time. As usual, all was taken care of quickly and professionally. I just read the detailed report and it is thorough, but easy to understand. All is still going well after several years.

Another update... Kassandra did a great job. She was attentive and let me know everything she was doing or did. She would be welcome in the future. 6/18/2026 Karson did a quick and efficient job again today. Update 2/11/2026 - be welcome in the future. Karson completed the quarterly service. Nice guy, efficient, pleasant... He's welcome anytime. Another update. Good service again today. Quick and efficient. Update. Today, Karson serviced our property. He did a great job. We were very pleased! Jason was prompt, friendly, and thorough. We were totally pleased with the service he performed and would welcome him back any time. Update (March 2020) - today we had Kristal take care of our needs. She was timely, professional, helpful, and took good care of us. She was also knowledgeable. We would welcome her back. Update (July 2020) - Christian from the Phoenix office came by on a follow-up call today. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, and took care of all of my concerns. We'd certainly be happy to have him return at any time. Jaylen came out today - it was the second time he's been to our place. Always pleasant, always thorough, and always takes care of our needs. Update (April 2025) - David did a service for us after we had called and reported several scorpions. He did a very thorough job and, like others, explained everything he was doing and why. Very pleased!

Kassandra has serviced my home several times now and she’s always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel completely comfortable recommending family, friends and colleagues due to Kassandra!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

After a rough start when I didn't get an 8am phone call confirming the 9am arrival for my first treatment, it all got much better. David explained everything, apologized for the confusion about calling (he texted to my residence phone number: doesn't register.) I digitally signed all documents on his cell, we toured my yard and he proceeded to set up the traps. Very thorough job and explanations. Impressive fellow representing Moxie! I don't use Facebook, so appreciated having another place to leave a review!

Gavin did a termite inspection and seemed knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. Even though no termites were found I decided to try the Sentricon baiting system going forward for advanced protection.
