They have the worst customer service ever! First, wewere looking for an inspection to sell the house. They lied, said we had to do the inspection that extended the warranty (without knowing if the buyer wanted to stay with Terminx). Finding that was the wrong inspection, they rescheduled, and after waiting three hrs, no one showed up. Delbert came on-time to spray the spider eggs under my house. There were lots of them. We just had a rain storm with high winds and everything was soaking wet still. He actually climbed under my house and sprayed everything in a timely manner. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable with the chemicals they use.
