Not only did their control plan consistently fail (Bugs kept showing up, over and over again) but they refused to honor their policy for complimentary emergency service in those instances, and charged an outrageous amount of money through an opaque and sketchy pricing plan. Steer clear.

I called this morning and explained to the receptionist that I have a problem with ants. She asked if I was a new customer and I said yes. She gave me an appointment for this afternoon. When the inspector came to my house and wanted to inspect for all "pests", I explained that I have lived in this house for 30 years without requiring pest control. I now only wanted services to get rid of the ants. He informed me that they only work on contract on a continuing basis and don't do single service work. I immediately asked him to leave. The company misled me! The receptionist did not tell me that they do not provides services for a single problem only. There is nothing on their website to indicate this. I feel they misled me while I was upset with the ants to try to force me to sign a continuing contract. Beware!! This is an old business maneuver to try to take advantage of customers in a "desperate" situation.

Yeah, unfortunately they don’t do one time services. You gotta sign an agreement like a one year agreement or so forth every other month agreement they don’t give free quotes over the phone. They send a certified inspector. They said to look at your property so best of luck at this company. Whatever happened to just servicing people

We were with Arizona Pest Control for over a year and it started off so great. The customer service was amazing, they were flexible and accommodating to our needs no complaints. We loved our tech and he always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He would put down sticky traps and exchange them every time he came to service the house. Then one day, a new person showed up. Unannounced, we asked about our former tech and he said that he was on the route now. We figured it would be fine so we stuck with it for 3 more services and it was not the standard they had originally set for us. We called management and asked for a new tech, they said he was the only one available to service our house. The tech was rude, snippy, did the minimum work, and seemed high every time we engaged with him. In the course of the 4 months he never replaced any of the sticky traps he removed. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed with the change in service and the lack of flexibility in a bigger company.

I was with this service provider for less than 90 days. Their service technicians are professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They're not the problem. The problem is their management team. Someone on their management team doesn't seem to understand the value of communication or reliability to a PAYING customer. In one instance, a payment didn't process. I only found out about it 3 weeks later because I happened to randomly look at my customer account. So I set out to make that right and pay towards my next service early - out of good will. When the date arrive for that next service, I get hit with text messages that the technician couldn't do the service because he was sick. Absolutely understandable. But they couldn't send another technician either, because I wasn't conveniently located for any of their other technicians out on their routes. So their plan was to cancel and re-schedule for the next week. I declined that and got an outside contractor to come in and do the spray that was due that day. I told their scheduling manager I would let them know when their tech could return to my property. That apprently offended their manager, so they refunded all my money. It took less than 90 days, thankfully, for me to learn that I dodged a bullet with this one. You should do yourself a favor and dodge it, also.

Arizona Pest Control is far from the best as touted by Yelp!! I would think twice about using them!! and actually would give them no stars but had to indicate at least one. In fact I think they are the worst. We contacted Arizona Pest control on October 2, 2024 when we discovered a large pack rat nest. They had been servicing us on a monthly basis for the past 4.5+ years checking for and treating pack rat activity on a regular basis. When we confronted them, our technician acknowledged he had missed this nest and apologized. We actually paid them $1368 a year for this service. I then phoned their office to call this to their attention and they first wanted to charge me at least $250.00 to remove the nest. I pointed out to them that they had been servicing us on a monthly basis for at least 4.5 + years at this current location in Sahuarita and I refused to pay any additional cost to have it removed. My complaint was forwarded to Isah, their manager, who indicated that he would send his technician to remove the nest and would not charge me if it didn’t exceed an hour and that if it took longer he would re-access the cost. Their technician serviced us on October 3, 2024 for the nest removal with me spending my time and energy helping him. I cut the Agave leaves with a chain saw and raked the remains into a shovel for him to dump. After 1/2 hour he said he was rushed and needed to come back the following week to finish the job. That week-end I cut the rest of the Agave leaves to make it easier and less time consuming for him to finish the clean up. After the cleanup I was shocked to discover Arizona Pest Control charged me $114.00 for the clean up. Phoning Isah again I had a dispute with him as to how much time his technician actually spent. I was then told the $114.00, (our normal monthly service charge), was for additional servicing after the nest cleanup. I indicated there was no further servicing after the nest cleanup because the technician had to rush off to another job. I was then told video footage would be reviewed to prove the servicing was done beyond the cleanup and they would get back to me. I never heard from them with the video footage proof. After a big fight with Isah, he agree to refund us the $114.00 that was charged to our credit card but indicated he would no longer service us, dropping us as customer. I waited a week to see if the credit was returned and then phoned them on November 11, 2024 . I spoke to Gina to indicate the credit of $114.00 hadn't been returned to my credit card. She indicated to wait another 7-10 days. I waited another week, there still was no credit applied to my account. I phoned them ta second time today, November 18, 2024 and spoke to Stephanie who said I would receive a check for $114.00 credit. I finally received the $114.00 credit on November 23, but had to call at least two times in order to have received it. I was never suppose to have been charged for this in the first place. Isah lied to me twice misrepresenting the situation and furthermore dropped us as a customer who had been loyal for 4.5+ years at this residential property and several more years at our previous property. Isah actually did us a favor because we have now gone with their competitor, Bill's Home Service, for less than half of what Arizona Pest was charging us. Bill's also includes Bee and Wasp protection that we ended up paying extra for when we had Arizona Pest. Furthermore I think Arizona Pest Control are overpriced for what they offer and found the quality of their service to have deteriorated over the several years time that we used them. Additionally, I think they are an atrocious company who misrepresents and/or manipulates the truth and therefore would would highly recommend going with their competition instead. I hope this helps others who are thinking of going with Arizona Pest Control.

We have been doing business with Arizona Pest Control for over 20 years. After the last visit we waited for the billing statement and it never showed. Apparently they went to a email billing system and we we’re not told about it. We are not big email fans so it was 4 -5 months later we get a third party statement from a collection agency ! We have always paid our bill consistently for over 20 years on time. We called the office to pay the bill and the office gal was extremely rude and even hung up on us. I tried to call the owner and that was a waste of time. We paid the bill with the collection firm and of course there High End fees. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ARIZONA PEST CONTROL and of late tell EVERYONE how they just dumped us. We were extremely loyal and even did their Termite program, the weekly sprays and even bait traps. Over the course of time I started noticing spray days that might coincide ( not on purpose ) with a rain day. I asked about it and they acted like it was no big deal. I called two exterminators here in Tucson and they said you never spray on a wet day as the pesticide washes away. They never rescheduled to make up for the days over the years but still charged for it !!! In conclusion, they are RUDE, practice UNETHICAL sprays and in general are NOT A GOOD place to do business with !!!! We will NEVER recommend them and make sure to tell everyone- friends, customers and neighbors about the way we were just kicked to the curb !! Signed, Disgusted

Arizona pest control arrived 4 hours early however didn't ring our doorbell. Employee sat in driveway 🙀 when confronted he explained it was my x-husbands account. WHAT??? I don't have a x husband . Although we discussed what time his schedule appointment was he return for the correct appointment time. Useless! No calls and no show. WOW what horrifying service and customer interface was this experience I'm sorry I rearranged my schedule to accommodate for this appointment. Please don't support this rude and useless company. That can't even get names of customers correct. UPDATE 1day after. I did receive a verbal apology for their mistakes. I also was informed employee was reprimanded. Still deciding if we should give second chances with Arizona Pest Control.

The office people are rude. They over talk you and they will not let you explain what your needs are. This month they never sent notice of an appointment. They sent someone out with out communicating with us. I think they want out of the contract because the have to do it by a certain time or they don't guarantee anything. If you don't own a big brand new house you should move on or they treat you like trash. How they got votes #1 is beyond me. Oh and they never communicate with me after I told their employee not to do the service today. Horrible customer relations.

I used to have a 5-star review and changed very quickly to 1 star. I have had them since May 2016. Back in September, I found bugs alive and decided I didn't need their services. I called and told them I wouldn't need it right now. I always paid ahead of time (before the service), but they kept sending notices that I owed. I finally paid it because I didn't want to fight after a terse email from them. But the way they treat long-term clients isn't great. They are good if you need a quick fix. But I wouldn't sign up for the long term contracts unless you want an accounting nightmare. Also, they have a nice feature where you get two free resprays per year in your contract. I only took advantage of that one time in the 3+ years I had them. You would think that with all the confusion, they would have just put it in the resprays. Oh well.
