We called for a bird that has been attacking our windows. Emmanuel came out promptly. We were hoping to have the bird captured since this has been going on for several months. Unfortunately Emmanuel verified for us that this bird is protected!!! He wasn't able to help us but had some ideas for us to try. We would definitely call him and use his company for further issues. Emmanuel was very friendly and professional!

Very happy with the service provided! I reached out to at least 3 other companies, who either didn’t show up or said they couldn’t complete the job for one reason or another. Emmanuel came out next day to give us a quote, and the job was completed the same day! We had pigeons nesting in our solar panels. The team removed them and installed mesh around each panel, plus additional bird repellent devices. Fair pricing and happy with the results.

These guys did an impeccable job of keeping my property pest-free for 5 years. I would never have canceled if I weren't leaving the state. 10/10, strongly recommend

Called this company and scheduled an appointment for a 250.00 service. On the day of service I got a text that the staff was out sick. I texted back twice, asking if I needed to call back and reschedule. Never received a text back nor a call to get my service rescheduled. With this, I decided to use another company. This company has lots of great reviews so I hope this feedback helps so they don’t lose more business when people are out sick. I place the responsibility on the company to reach out and get customers rescheduled. Not just send a text and then not respond.

Tucson Pest Control provided prompt, professional, friendly service after we discovered pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Emmanuel assessed our situation, explained the procedure and Eli carefully removed the nest and secured our panels with mesh screening to prevent the birds from returning. Great company to work with.

This is the second year I've been with Tucson Pest Control for pack rats under my house. Except for a staffing issue last year my service has been very good. The owner is a hard worker and quick to take care of issues. 2025--Tucson Pest Control continues to give solid service. My current service is being handled by John and he is a personable and dependable worker. I've just reupped for another year.

Did excellent work and very friendly

Took care of the pigeons living under our solar panels. They were easy to work with, came by and gave us a quote the day we called them, scheduled an appointment within a week, and only took a couple hours to get rid of the pigeons and put up preventative measures to keep them from coming back.

Came highly recommended, failed miserably at reaching expectations. Initially good communication skills but never came at the scheduled hour as planned and when I couldn’t accommodate to his early arrivals he stopped responding to my messages and servicing my house. I tried several times to maintain service but lack of communication will encourage me to take my business elsewhere.

I was having a real problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels and making a huge mess with their poop and eggs. Tucson Pest Control came out and cleaned out under the panels and put netting around them so the pigeons can't get back under. Now the pigeons are gone and no more mess. Emmanuel is super nice and professional. I'll call him again the next time I have pest problems.

Mary was very professional and did a great job. The only thing I found strange was that the company does invoice billing, but I had the owner calling and texting me asking me to hurry up and pay my bill just a day after service was performed. Why not just ask for payment at time of service if you need the money that badly? I would have happily paid.
