Due to the nature of this business, and the stigma presented by society I had fear when I first went to rent a heater. Kevin was so non-judgmental and I truly believe that he just wanted to help us to get rid of the problem. I don't think that I've had such good customer service from any other company. I highly recommend this company and specifically Kevin.

This is a great alternative to hiring an exterminator to eradicate your bed bugs! It’s a hell of a lot cheaper too! Kevin is the owner and he is awesome!! He will guide you through the process verbally as well as written instructions and is only a phone call away. He is very knowledgeable and is flexible as well! 10+ Stars in my book.This guy is a blessing to this community. I looked up the pricing for exterminators to do this it was a crazy amount of money. I decided to try this out because he has good reviews. Glad I did. I called him on Sat he sent me videos on how to do everything and prepare. Then met Kevin on Sunday to get all the gear he explained how to use everything.I got home and set everything up just the way he said to do it. He did a good job of explaining the whole process. Also very professional and said if i needed any help to call him.I highly recommend using this company I feel like I hired a professional exterminator He made it easy. Thank you for your help!!

Kevin is awesome he thoroughly explained everything. He showed my husband how to use the equipment, he continuously checked on us and was always available for any questions that we had. Kevin’s prices are extremely reasonable. When we received a quote from the exterminator company for around $7,800 we found Kevin & did the job ourselves. This guy is awesome, he follows up and explained how machines work when I picked them up and then again when I had to call for a refresher course. He’s very patient and understanding. We used the heat treatment , for three additional weeks we and followed up with DE powder, and bifenthrin extermination spray from a exterminator store, to kill approximately 3 to 5 bed bug sightings. Still no other bug sightings of any types.The renterd bug heater and blowers did the extermination very well.

We were at our wits end after hiring an exterminating company and still having bug problems. I was told by a close friend that they had used Company in the past so we gave it a try as our last resort, honestly, it should’ve been my first choice. Kevin was so easy to reach and talk to and all the information he gave us was very helpful and the process was made easy. He was easy to get in contact to pick up the heaters and he kept in touch every day to see how we were doing. After the process was complete, and we did everything that he told us to we felt very confident, and to this day three months later, we’ve been good no signs. At the three month mark Kevin sent us a message to double check with us and to reassure us that if we ever need him again just to give him a call. He also said that It could possibly happen again we never know where they come from or who brings them into the house but just to keep a closer eye out on evidence of bugs. I do highly recommend this company and to go with it first before spending a lot of money monthly or yearly or even to get a contract that’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars to try the heating system first it worked for us and I know it’ll work for you. Wow, this was so easy and helpful to be able to just rent a bed bug heater. I found the service here excellent and the owner to be very professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend working with Kevin if you get bed bugs. He's knowledgeable and has all the right equipment to do it yourself at a fraction of the cost of these exterminator companies. I was able to treat Mom's apartment for about $300 instead of the $1800 quoted from a local company. I learned so much. I hope you never get bed bugs. But if you do, do it yourself.

We tried everything to rid ourselves from the Bedbug invasion. I called Kevin off of a Google prompt and was the best thing ever. He was responsive and educated me about how Heat would be the best method of Extermination. Sent me videos how to prepare the areas to be treated and even Delivered the units to my home. I can't say enough about the positive results of 1 nights treatment. The Bugs are gone and sleeping is a pleasure again. Somehow, bedbugs made their way from a friend's apartment to our mother-in-law suite. I wanted to do heat treatment to avoid chemicals but the service is very expensive. Instead, I rented the equipment from this company for a fraction of what a treatment would have cost. The owner was very helpful -- providing me with all the information I needed -- and the equipment was in good shape and functioned as advertised. When I ran into a time crunch and called the owner, he let me return the equipment a bit late at no extra charge.

Spoke with Kevin and found the perfect package for our needs we got a wonderful results over 2 weeks of restful sleep best in 5 years I highly recommend his service and advise
