Do yourself a favor and just call Swift. We have LOTS of old houses and have seen our share of services over the years. Last year my Boss sent me AJ / Swift to treat a real problem house. I was ready for the typical scrape along the foundation, spray and drill some holes and off they go. That's NOT the way it happens with AJ. I opened the backyard and took off. A while later I went to lock up and was surprised to see every inch of the foundation dug up holes all over the place... strategically to he has a plan. Once the place was really laid open he began the most thorough treatment we have seen... Fast forward a year my boss calls and asks " who was that termite guy" AJ at Swift without hesitation as you don't forget the really good trades and Tech's trades. This year was no different and AJ treated a problem floor board and spots. We replaced the the big one but killing them before they spread to the next one was his concern. Phenomenal!!! After struggling for many years, full house heat treatments, major national exterminator service for 6+ months, DIY treatments, throwing out most of the household furniture, my mother had about given up the bedbug fight and concluded there was no way to eliminate them. We asked Swift to attempt to at least treat and keep the infestation under control. With bi- weekly treatments, for several months they not only kept it under control, they stopped the cycle and banished the irritating, frustrating, psychologically damaging, gross little bugs. So before you throw out all your worldly goods, and move out of your home or have to stifle the urge to burn it all down, CALL these guys. They know what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have been using them since 2018 or 19, pretty sure. They are great. The chemicals work and they even have come out when we have seen issue with mice or anything else. Great work and nice people!
