I believed. I lived away from Tucson and was purchasing a home. I asked many questions and spoke with Mr. Rigo in person on two occasions before I signed the papers. I had seen strange tubes hanging from the garage ceiling but was assured the termites were not in my ceiling. My home was contracted to be treated. I was protected. Now when the tubes are again hanging from my ceiling Rigo's tech tells me termites are in my attic. The whole house was not treated when I purchased two years ago. Only secions of the perimeter. When I asked why the tech told me that's the way Rigo's always does it. The termites have been destroying what should have been protected. Rigo is not renewing, retreating, or returning my phone call. Don't be like me. Do not believe. Take your money somewhere else.

I had a contract with another company already, but I’m a new homeowner and didn’t realize I did. Rico Pest contacted me to do an inspection and I said yes not knowing at that time that I was covered by another company until 3/28/22. They gained $75 by doing this to me. I won’t ever use this company again. I hope it was worth it to them.

Hi Joan, If we didn't know you were covered by another company we wouldn't know not to charge you for a service. That said, it almost sounds like your situation may have been a "WDI" or " wood destroying insect" inspection that is part of real estate transactions in Arizona and those we always charge for because involves an hour ++ of our top trained employees time on site and a detailed report just to get started. I may be off on that assumption so please forgive me but I will look into it. In any case please call the office and ask to speak with Stephen and I will make sure we both understand the correct context and absolutely make sure you are satisfied. Just to clarify, trying to "trick" customers out of money as seems to be implied in your review is an absolute NO GO in our organization; we believe in delivering market leading amazing service and value period. Recently purchased a new home used Rigo for our home termite inspection because the seller consistently used them for 4+ years... Settled in ready to start a monthly preventative service routine and Rigo has failed to call my husband and I back 2 times. Each attempt we’ve spoken to their receptionist and left our name, address, and phone number they said the technician would call and NOTHING again and again. We’ve heard such great things from neighbors sadly we’ll never know. They’ve lost a long term loyal customer! Seems to be a repetitive issue.

I am a client currently under contract for spraying four times per year. I am being overrun by ants as they have missed my spray for this quarter. I have called my regular technician who is apparently on vacation. Whoever is on call for him has not returned my call. I called the office after waiting about three days and left a message. Another three days or so went by I called and spoke to someone in the office. I was assured I would get a call back and that my pre-paid service would be taken care of. You guessed it. Four days later I am still waiting. I left yet another message this morning. We will see if they call back. And more importantly if my yard actually gets serviced. When I bought my house last year I paid over $500 to have them put on snake guards on my gates. Within one month these had fallen apart. I called and requested repairs be made as they are warranted. And, yep, no response. I told my regular technician and he admitted he failed to pass on the message. I finally just paid a contractor I hired to repair them. This is to the point of the ridiculous. I am requesting a refund for my last two services I have prepaid.

Sadly they wouldn't call me back after several attempts. I used their website and left my number on their "complete the form below – and we will quickly call you back" form, nothing back. next week I called their website number and talked to a lady who took down my information and said someone would call me back, nothing back. Left my number again on their website, nothing back. Later I got someone to get the owner or the owner's son named Daniel to call me. He was very nice, i want to make that clear he was nice and helpful and gave me good advice on how to start my rodent killing process and told me how to do it on my own to save a little money. Before hanging up he told me he would have his rodent guy call me to schedule a look at the house and see about closing up holes and finishing the process pest control, nothing back for the 4th time. I've heard great things about Rigo and I am the 1 in a million but sadly for some reason no one would get back to me

He supposedly exterminated termites. Months later termite problem seems worst. couple of feet from where he treated. Called his office I am supposedly under warranty. I have called his office a couple of times and they tell me the same thing. That I am under warranty and that he is going to call me back I am still waiting for his cal. Meanwhile termites are eating up my house.

I can't say if this company provides good service or not. I filled out the online questionnaire to have them contact me, waited a week and received no response. Did it again, still no response. I actually switched browsers thinking it was my fault and I still got no response. I called the main line and spoke to a lady and she said the technicians made their own schedule and someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received a call back. Obviously they don't want my business or the business of our neighborhood of North Manor. Highly disappointed!
