Donavan is very knowledgeable and personable and I appreciate that he listened to my concerns regarding my plants and garden. He took the time to explain what he recommended and then how and where he would apply specific products. I am a very happy customer and if you want a real pest professional, Donavan is it!! I have used this company for a year now. Although they have a local presence, their local phone number and all activities are done on a national basis. They have done a good job taking care of my pack rat problem here in the Catalina foothills, but their nationalncustomer service doesn't communicate very well on when they are coming so that I can unlock the gates to the backyard. The communication is a TEXT! The technician is friendly if encountered and can give some feedback on active areas if I know when he'll be here. He noticed a potental termite problem and they installed in ground bait stations around the house. They are scheduled to refill the bait stations once a year but they only want to give you 2 days advance notice when they're going to do it. Again, poor communication. That's not what I would expect from a local company.

Cant email concerns. Been a customer for many years. Have tiny ants, scorpions, the big roaches and now this centipede. Yes its been raining so it brings it all out but shouldnt have roaches at the least.
