So far so good! Courteous and efficient staff, very knowledgeable. I like that there is no requirement for an ongoing plan, pay as you go. Second treatment next week, already noticing a reduction in mosquitoes.

We really value Chris, our service technician, who once again, has done a fantastic job! He sprays our home exterior thoroughly, and is always very courteous. He makes sure our 2 dogs are inside the house when he sprays the exterior, calling us if they are in the yard when he arrives. In addition to our entire yard, he consistently sprays inside our garage & front door foyer which really provides an effective insect barrier for our home Thank you So very much, Chris!

We apologize if there was any miscommunication. Per our treatment and GPS records, our technician arrived at 7:35 AM and finished by 7:52 AM—within the 7:00–8:00 AM window confirmed the night before. We’re unsure how this would be considered late.<br><br>We’ve always worked to be flexible with your schedule and strive for 5-star service each visit. My house was sprayed for mosquitos about 6 times. Didnt help at all. Company was kind and offered to do free treatments when I mentioned it was ineffective, but I declined because it made no difference.

Save your money. Mosquito Squad has a “guarantee” that is worthless - if the treatment does not work, and it didn’t work at our house, they don’t return your money, but they will come out to do another ineffective treatment. They did two treatments at our house, 5 days apart and although we really, really wanted it to work, neither treatment had any effect on the number of mosquitos on our property.

I scheduled a service for 8-10 am Monday the 19th and stayed home for that purpose. They texted me at 9:26 stating they could not be there after all as their employee was "sick." (They only have one guy?) The text didn't say when they would come out instead just that it wouldn't be 8-10 when they could get a "replacement." Totally unacceptable level of non-service and very unprofessional. I cancelled the treatment.

Hello Brian,<br><br>Unfortunately our technician began his route and started to feel ill and had to return to the shop. We value our employees and need them healthy so they can provide excellent customer service to our customers. When they are sick we provide them with time off to heal. Despite being short that day we were able to find a replacement technician for the route and were only 1 hour behind schedule. I apologize for not being able to meet the two hour time frame, it rarely happens, and only in extreme circumstances. I wish you would have given us the opportunity to make things right before immediately canceling and writing a negative review. We strive for the best customer service and do what it takes to make sure our customers are happy.
