Called with a termite problem & they were out in less than a week. Their inspector explained thoroughly what would be done, he was fully knowledgeable of what was needed. Again, treatment was done in less than a week from inspection & done exactly as explained in the initial inspection. Spoke with the technician doing the treatment & he was also fully in the know on what was needed. Definitely A+ operation - you should use them.

just moved into a roach infested rent house and Horn was the vendor --as unfortunate as this is, they hands down took care of us! Everyone, everyone From the office (Sarah) to Tech (Luis) beyond Fantastic. So, so friendly. They go the extra mile as far as communicating with me (which is a huge deal) reassuring me and helping me cope to be honest lol If I ever have to deal with pest again, Horn will be the ONLY ppl we will call. The level of care they have for your belongings and where they treat -they are the experts and I honestly sleep better at night knowing they came to take care of our problems. Not even an hour after the first treatment dead roaches. That I can deal with knowing they are dying! Even ants, have huge piles of dirt I didn’t know were ant piles until I saw them coming out in droves-now there aren’t any ants! Like WHAT?!!! Thank you Horn so much!

I received a quote from the larger pest control company in Tucson, which came in at around $1000. We decided to get a second opinion and Horn got the job done for less than $200. Chris was on time, professional, and got the job done in about an hour. We will never call anyone else.
