Sam is a great guy. I wouldn't use anyone else. His prices are extremely reasonable and he really knows his stuff! From bark scorpions to ant infestations to numerous beetles and bugs, Sam has taken care of the problem every time. Really glad I got a referral to him after trying to deal with the pushy sales tactics of the other guys. Highly recommend you don't waste your money on unnecessary contracts and give Sam a call.

Super affordable and really fast He took care of the issues quick and I didn't have to immediately call back as I have had to with other companies. Left messages for two days now regarding my rental. Are they still in business? Not good company practice to not return calls. Edit: I was informed that my call was returned the 2nd day. Not sure what happened on my end on why I didn't receive it. But we finally connected and the issue was resolved. My rental was inspected and the owner was thorough and on time!
