Update: Ralph Cavazos is the most personable, as well as professional, technician I could ask for. My family and home are in good hands with him. He's always on time and ready to take on anything out of the ordinary. The exterior treatment very effectively deters pests - we only see the occasional moth or fly that comes in when we open doors. No pests are present in our house after years of bimonthly service. This is a rock solid service at a great value! We have curious cats who long to bat at the insects they see through the glass of the doors... I would be heartbroken if one were to suffer a scorpion sting in playing with the insect (nor do I want the insect to suffer at their paws!) so it's best to keep the outdoors outside and my family (including a perpetually barefoot teen) safe in our living space. Ralph and EcoPest have served us well in this house and in our previous home. We've been loyal and very satisfied customers since 2017. If you're comparing pest control companies, please consider the safety of the products they use as well as the security they provide your home. EcoPest is by far the most effective pest control company I've ever used! Previous Review: Since we started with EcoPest in 2017, we've been nothing but impressed by the thorough and effective bi-monthly service your technicians provide. Ralph Cavazos spent a lot of time clearing cobwebs and ensuring he sprayed every possible point of entry today, as he does every visit. We have had no trouble with infestations of any sort at either home you've serviced. Thank you for being reliable, effective, environmentally friendly, and safe! Also, it always smells so nice after our treatments. I should mention that we've only used EcoPest for exterior treatments as we've never had insects penetrate that barrier and enter our home. But, if we did need interior treatments, I'd feel very safe in having their formula sprayed inside as well as outside our home. Today was my first introduction to EcoPest. I was dissatisfied by my previous budget service because their product did not work well and the technician was less than personable. But EcoPest was incredible in setting the service up. And then in the application. Today, Andrew came to provide my first introduction service. What a remarkable difference. Andrew was friendly, personable, professional in all aspects of what he did. He explained how and why he did everything. In addition, when he was outside treating the back of the property, he found a utility box that had come off its base (probably due to the recent monsoon storms) and left wires showing. He advised us to let the appropriate authorities now. EcoPest is unquestionably great!

Incredibly happy with Eco Pest, as our pest control company. They also put up rattlesnake protective mesh for us, which was affordable and seems very effective.

Good customer service

We’ve used their services for two years now and are very happy with them—we see very few of the creatures we don’t want to see as they are repelled by the aromatics they use. What is especially great is that we’ve got a healthy population of desert creatures we love seeing (frogs, elf owls—good bug eaters), and they aren’t harmed by toxins. My dogs are also safe and I’m not worried about exposing all of us to more hormone disrupting chemicals. Visits can be further apart so there’s less intrusion into our lives. It’s effective and we think the world would be a better place if we all used natural controls like this.
