Jim O’Keefe did pest control (roaches) at my mom’s house in Tucson for 34 years very reliably and at consistent reasonable rates that hardly ever changed and then only by a few dollars. I think he has been using the same well-used and maintained stainless steel pump sprayer for the interior the entire time. For many years his mother handled the scheduling and the books which always seemed like a great thing for both of them. Before my mom owned her house, Jim had been treating the house for the owners before her and when her house was sold finally, I passed on Jim’s name to the new owners.
