I won’t buy from anywhere else but here. Whether it be the bug spray or the weed spray it works flawlessly. Everyone that works there that I’ve come across is amazing and helpful. They’ll even write the mixture ratio on each bottle.

Don’t waste your time with these amateurs, they sold me fly repellent to kill termites. What an expensive waste of time!

The man is an absolute jerk. Do not bring your kids here. Do not expect customer service. He did explain things well. He also groaned when we asked him to explain it again.

I had a pack rat problem. They sold me a variety of useless items at this place. Poison, snap traps and glue traps. Very little success. Then I called Mr Pack Rat. They taught me the right trap and bait (Havahart and peanut butter mixed with oatmeal). I caught all the rats easily and eliminated their habitat/nests. I found the worthless poison stored in a nest I destroyed. They had brought it home but were perfectly healthy. Mr Pack Rat was worth it but this place was not.
