Conquistador Pest & Termite

We had Conquistador out for the sewer roaches. They took care of the problem in the backyard quickly. And then Conquistador joined forces with Blue Sky and I recommended Ken to a family friend for her termite tubs. Both times, they showed up when they said they would. They provided solid reliable and quick work. Ken took his time answering all our bug questions and leaving us with a plan of what we needed and what we didn't. When it was time for the work after the estimate, Terrance showed up to provide the service with kindness and care of our property. We will be using them again.

Very rude and very reckless drivers driver for this Company they will throw their lights at you flip you off, trying to pass you, especially when the weather is in horrible conditions If I ever need an exterminator, I know for sure I’m not looking for these people.

checked the whole inside and outside of my house in less than 5 minutes - called the company and had them send another tech out to do a thorough inspection - horrible experience. Having my usual tech come back and inspect my house !!!

When I first hired Conquistador to handle the pest control at my house a few years ago, the technician I spoke to was courteous and always communicated with me via cell phone in advance and in a timely manner. He left the company. Now, I feel like the communication has dropped off. I get notified at the last minute and, when I can't be home, they come anyway even after I've requested to reschedule. They don't communicate their schedule in advance. You'll get a generic text to which you cannot reply and an email, but the office doesn't check it except during regular office hours. So, it could be the technician shows up before they read their email, which is what happened to me today. When I'm not home during the service, the technician cannot get into my garage. I have been regular with my pest control service and still had two scorpions inside my house. So, all of this adds up to frustration.

Terrence did a great job explaining how he treated our issue. He is very knowledgeable and personable. My only critique is that the last two times they came out, I asked for a call or text to let me know when he planned on arriving and I did not receive that. My wife works from home and needs a heads up before they come.

This is the worst service ever. The team member that answers the phone is HORRIBLE. We left because of Kristy and her lack of follow through and focus on customers. Asked to be moved to monthly service and it NEVER happened, we later called and said that we needed to skip a month due to pool construction and she informed us we would be charged double, even though I paid for 6 months in advance. Clearly there is a disconnect and lack of communication. We canceled our account in September and I have had to call 3 times to get my refund. I called again today after being promised three weeks ago I would be reimbursed and still NO CHECK! They have really unsatisfactory follow-up and if they were focused on customers, I wouldn't be asking for my money back nearly 3 weeks after being told I would be reimbursed. The owner clearly doesn't care or this would have been resolved a while ago. Was referred by another BannerHealth executive and shared my less than positive experience.

Very disappointed after getting referred to this business for some pest control help and after a phone call refused to give pricing over the phone and required a inspection to come out. Well let’s zoom or give me a price range? Time is valuable and it will be nice just knowing an idea for your cost of business 😑
