Despite my repeated attempts to encourage hornets to find another home, I was woefully unsuccessful. Luckily, I found out about Bee Master through a friend of mine and I called them straight away. They arrived the next day and with great attention to detail, checked all possible entry points on my roof and were able to extract the nests/hives. Garrett, the technician, is professional, very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I am extremely pleased with Bee Master and will call them again if need be. What fabulous service.

BeeMaster saved the day! We woke up to a house full of bees and spent hours catching and releasing them, with more still streaming in. I spoke with Christian, who sent Matt to the scene. Both were extremely professional, excellent at their jobs and kind! Matt arrived within a couple hours, checked all possible entry points in the walls and roof vents. He sprayed a non-toxic spray outside the entry point and then sealed the entry points completely. He was terrific and made it easy and back to safe. Thank you, gentleman, and BeeMaster!! Grateful!!!

Matt from BeeMaster, Inc. showed up on the same day that I called to schedule an appointment. He was punctual, very friendly, professional, and well informed and experienced in handling bees. He went right to work after assessing the problem, and even did extra work of corking a few open spaces that the bees could have used as an alternative. I had a swarm under the eaves of my house. The next day, I could see they were coming in and out of the gap between the fascia bird and brick wall. I called a couple of companies but only found Bee Master could come that day. The owner has a PhD in entomology specializing in honey bees! His son was there in a couple of hours and did his thing. The following day, I see dead bees everywhere and none flying around. The price for the abatement was only $150.00. I will only use them for future needs.

I called on a Tuesday and a technician was here the following day. Friendly, and handled the bee issue quickly. I hope I don't need the services again, but will definitely call if I do. Great expreience.

Incredible Service — Fast, Professional, and Friendly! I was in the middle of my workday when I suddenly noticed a huge swarm of bees outside my window in the backyard. Our pool guy had just come through the gate to clean the pool, and as soon as the gate closed, a swarm came out of the tree and surrounded the area. Thankfully, he wasn’t stung and was able to climb over the wall to get out safely. I immediately called Beemaster, and they were incredibly friendly and reassuring on the phone. They said they could come out the same day — which was amazing. When the technician arrived, he was extremely professional and had the hive safely removed in about 10 minutes. I was able to watch the entire process from my office window, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. Their price to remove the hive was also extremely reasonable, especially considering how fast and efficient they were. I highly recommend Beemaster to anyone dealing with a bee issue. Their customer service was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

This is literally the easiest company I have ever delt with. I messaged, with in 15 minutes I had a response with pricing,(super reasonable ) scheduled ( same day) and the tech texted 30 minutes prior to let Me know they were on the way!! (Super convenient) emailed invoice , paid online!! Great service, friendly techs, very reasonable pricing!! Super efficient and never even had to talk on the phone!! Great experience!

Amazing! Couldn’t be happier. Matt emailed me with all the information and answered all of my questions and even taught me about the bees. My bees were in the roof and he came and got the whole hive out. Two days later and we don’t have any bees. If you are looking for bee removal, call bee master!

They came out within 24 hrs, removed the bees and patched everything up. Very reasonable cost and great service! Thank you guys!

A little late leaving a review, but felt it was necessary. Last June (2024), we moved into our house and discovered that we had a huge Africanized beehive, so big that you could hear several of them buzzing through our walls, electrical outlets, our light fixtures, etc. They were aggressive, angry and each day we would find some inside our home - which was very scary for me because I am allergic to bees. We had/have a great routine pest control service, but unfortunately, this hive was too big to control so they recommended us to call BeeMaster, Steve. From the initial conversations with Matt (who was very knowledgeable and friendly), to Steve coming out and doing an amazing, thorough job of explaining step-by-step of what he was going to do / what he did do in order to remove the Africanized beehive, was a very good experience. Pricing was transparent and they resolved our situation promptly. I do hope not to face a situation like this again, however, if we do, I know exactly who to call.

All positives to share from the time of my morning phone call to the results after treatment. We had a small bee nesting in our patio shrub. Christian thoroughly answered all my questions during the initial call, and he arrived later that afternoon to take care of removing the nesting bees with 100% satisfaction on my part. Bee master is a family owned company that takes pride in their work! They responded to my call concerning bees in our palm tree and helped me resolve the issue without killing the bees. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I am very happy that I chose BeeMaster!!

We contacted Christian in October 2024 when our neighbour alerted us to problems with bees in our Tucson home. He gave us a quote with explanation and came out and did the job within a few days. Bees were eliminated. Very professional. Would highly recommend

Been having issues with bees for a while, but recently they started getting really aggressive. Called and spoke to Chris and he immediately booked me in for the next day (I live over an hour away) and Steve came out and removed the hive quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Really not pleased. We had a wasp problem where 7 wasps ended up in our kitchen over the span of 12 days, and Steve allegedly checked the roof TWICE in this time period. He was supposed to contact us the first time in case he needed to get into the home, but failed to do such. The second time, he gave a little bit of an attitude over it like we were the pests. When we got the last one that nearly stung someone, we decided to get a fresh (willing) pair of eyes to take a look because this was becoming a health hazard and called around. The other exterminators were able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes and fix the issue the same day. And you guessed, the nest was on the roof!
