I genuinely love this company. The owners Jeff and Marc are two of the most passionate, knowledgeable, and all around good people you'll ever meet in this industry. You can tell within minutes of talking to either of them that they truly care about what they do and the people and animals they work with. And that energy clearly trickles down to the rest of the team, because every single person I've interacted with at Animals Experts has been just as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. These guys have been doing this for a long time, and that experience shines through in everything they touch. Whether it's animal removal or any of their other services, the quality and professionalism is always there from top to bottom. They are the real deal through and through. If you so happen to have a dog and live in an area with snakes, please do yourself a favor and look into their snake avoidance training. I cannot stress this enough. What this team does with dogs is absolutely incredible. Jeff, Marc, and the other trainers they have all bring an amazing level of care and expertise to that training, and it could genuinely save your pet's life one day. That alone is worth its weight in gold. There are a lot of companies out there that claim to know what they're doing, but Animals Experts actually backs it up every single time. Jeff and Marc have built something really special here, and they've surrounded themselves with a team that shares that same standard. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks. These are good people doing great work, and you'll feel that from the moment you reach out to them.

Jade came out and did a great job removing a rattlesnake. Glad to hear they either release them In the wild or use them for training.

Animal Experts are the best! I had owls in my house for almost a week ... until Marc arrived, trapped and "rescued" these pesky intruders. No more banging inside the windows at 2am, or mess on the furniture and my wife can relax without wondering if they are going to return. Excellent work fellas!

Thought I had a critter in my attic, called animal experts they sent someone over the very next day who did an extremely thorough inspection and determined that I didn’t have an animal problem and was kind enough not to even charge for the visit. Just amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

Not good people, do not trust with your home and especially your family.

TERRIBLE. I called about wild chicken things and he said they were a private service and that I’d have to pay and I was in the middle of asking where I can call for them and he hung up

I called to ask about bobcat removal. The man on the phone was rude, dismissive and unhelpful.

This guy is a hero. He goes the extra mile to make sure the animals are safe. What a winner. “Always take the high road. It's less crowded" --Warren Buffet. This guy lives it!

I had a rattlesnake living under my hay bales almost all summer and we coexisted peacefully. Unfortunately, she decided to get a little too comfy and it was time for her to go. I contacted Jeff and he was at my place in less than 10 minutes and the process took literally 2 minutes. He was knowledgeable about safe snd humane relocation and put my worried mind at ease that she would survive and thrive in her new home. I will miss my friend, but I’m happy to know she is in a safer place for both of us now.

Just called to get an injured animal out of my shop and was immediately turned away even though they claimed to be 24 hours

UPDATE: Once again Marc has brought his caring professionalism to bear on my problem- an explosion of mice! This time Marc has given generously of his time, his knowledge and expertise to provide a solution and the education I need to secure my home and property against future invasions of this kind. Marc and his company have provided me and my family excellent service over the years. I truly appreciate this company and recommend them. (My prior review) This was my second time using their service. In both cases Mark and Jeff we're friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. I highly recommend them.

When the bat slid between the cabinet and the wall in the 1” space, we were afraid he’d die back there. A quick call to Jeff and he was at our door in minutes. He had the right lights and tools, and in just a few minutes more, the little guy was on his way to freedom. I hope we don’t have to call Jeff again, but I’m really glad I know who to call.

For some unknown reason a Gila Monster decided to set up lodging in my garage. My health insurance isn't that good, so I called Jeff. He came within the hour, removed Mr. Monster and did it respect and compassion. I highly recommend these folks. Steve - Green Valley, AZ

It's a shame that I can only leave 5 starts for this review, because I'd like to give more. Found a snake in the back yard on a Sunday. I know nothing about snakes so they are all dangerous to me, even the safe ones. I called these guys at around 10 in the morning and they were great. Said they would have someone out there soon. 2 minutes later I get a call from Cass and she's on her way. A total of about 18 minutes after the call Cass showed up. She was AMAZING and had the best time trying to catch a Sonoran Coachwhip snake, the fastest in snake in Arizona. And she got it too! Gave her a good challenge but Cass was all about it. She was able to provide all kinds of information about the snake. How quick it is, all while trying to catch the snake. Dare I say she almost enjoyed it. Great care was given to the snake and I'm sure it's out racing around in a great new home, just not mine. These guys are the best. They are now on my speed dial for the next outdoor "event" I come across. Thank you so much Animal Experts and Cass!

Prompt arrival and fast efficient service removing a rattlesnake from inside our “snake proof” dog run. We really appreciated the respect and care the handler had for the animal. Will likely get the snake avoidance training they offer!

The phone service is bad, not polite or respectful, the guy that answered was soo impatient and got an attitude as soon as I started speaking, and hung up in my face while I just wanted to know who I may call instead

I called for assistance and then waited for a lengthy amount of time on hold before it hung up without ever speaking to a person.

Just tried to call about an afterhours question regarding an abandoned animal and the man who answered the phone sounded extremely irritated I was calling and abruptly gave me a number to call and hung up when I asked to let me find a pen to write it down. All I had was a simple question because Google gave me no other choices for 24 hour services. There was no need to behave that way.

Contact another company, do not call these people! I contacted them on 7 April and never heard back from them. Now I lost another one of my chickens! I am retired Army and have chickens as therapeutic companions to help with my PTSD and other mental health issues. So losing just one is unbearable and now a bobcat has killed eight. I’ve changed my routine, not letting them out as much or only when I’m around, but this bobcat comes at all hours. Additionally now he killed one through my chain link fence that I have in one part of my coop. When I called they said they would call me back but never did. Had they told me they were not interested from the start I could have explored other options. Maybe I should have told them I have a petting zoo then they would have come out for the publicity. Or maybe it’s because I live on the west side of town. Regardless of their reasoning, due to their insincerity and utter lack of professionalism, I needlessly lost another loved support pet.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same. We called Jeff 9 days ago and he wanted us to start the work on our own, by actually feeding the critter (and who knows what else) and when I called him the next day when I found the baby restfully sleeping on the top of the porch, he asked me to send over my info. That was 8 days ago and haven’t heard from hm yet!! Very disappointing especially because they came highly recommended.

I tried to call to see if they could help and the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. it was late, but it says 24 hour service and was very rude and unapologetic about not wanting to help.
