I was extremely pleased of the service that I was given The technician was knowledgeable conscientious of the property and I have not seen one bug since the treatment and I thought their maintenance plan was reasonable and they did exactly what they said on time without fail.

Left msgs the past 2 weeks trying to setup yearly inspection.

Poor workmanship. Does not stand behind their work. Does not return phone calls.

They have been taking care of my home for over 22 years. Cannt say enough about a great local company.

Beware - go elsewhere for your pest control needs. This company is horrible to deal with. We hired them just for monthly pest maintenance. They came out, were very nice said they sprayed and left. Within the first few days we had an increase in spiders, crickets scorpions everything. We waited over a week to call them back to tell them things have gotten worse we need help. Were told someone would call us... Didn't happen. We waited another week, called again as we now have scorpions in our bedroom so things have gotten extreamly worse. We were told no one was available someone would call us... Didn't happen again. We had to then hire another company to come out, which they walked around the house and pointed out all the pockets of pests that were missed. So we called again asking for a refund, no one was available someone will call us back..... Again no call back. We waited a week tried again and were told no one was available so I disputed the charge on my credit card. FIANLLY we got a call back, I was working so I couldn't answer but someone named Elaine left a snotty message about us disputing the charge and said I have a signed contract so you obvioulsy hired us. NOT WHY I AM DISPUTING. If someone would bother to call us back we could have discussed why we wanted a refund. You made things worse, no one came back out. Both me and my husband called this Elaine back less than an hour after she left the voicemail but were told she's not available we will have her call you. Of course it never happened. Still in the process of disputing the charge to get my money back from this horrible company. Go somewhere else for your pest control needs lots of other companies out there and since we had the new company come out we no longer have issues. Imagine that!

Their website states they give a "free" termite inspection, but I was charged $30.00. When the tech came to inspect my house, he did not knock on the door and let me know he was there to do the inspection, did not introduce himself, and when I noticed he was outside and I opened my door, he had already removed the sidings and had crawled under the house. When he knew I was out there, he grabbed his iPad. I did not see him take a picture, and came out from under the house about a minute later. He showed me the picture, which was one (1) termite. The picture was perfect and I think it had been taken at a different time and location. The plot continues. When another tech came out to treat for the one termite, this man did not say "hi", introduce himself, or state why he was there and who he represented. I was told that I would be the first customer in the morning, but he did not show up until 10:00 am. I removed the items under the house. He did move the hose away from the side of the house and one plant. He did not have an uniform on or even a shirt with the company name. It took him about 30 minutes to dress in his coveralls and face covering. Then he went under the house and did the treatment. During this time, I went back into the house. When he was done, he did not return anything back to it's original location, including the siding of the house. He did not come to the door and let me know he was done. He did not present any paperwork that proved he had treated for termites or collect payment. I do not believe I truly had termites and believe it was a scam.

Summer always seems to bring bugs into the house. Unified sent me help the very next day. The pest controller was respectful, intelligent, and had a good sense of humor! Thank you, Joel!

Company does not respond. when they did respond the worker called to tell me he was going on vacation when I did not need to know that. And then they sent someone out who did not know anything about rodents. put wool in the hole and when he was in the shed he said he saw something gray run past him . He took pictures and told me that he was going to show them to the company and let them know and someone would reach out to me. Have been waiting for response all this time. Yesterday I saw the wool in the middle of my yard. Today I called my property manager and she said that she was told by the company that they told me that there was no rodents which is a lie. Been waiting all this time for a response from this company thinking that they were gonna send a professional out. This company is very unprofessional , poor customer service. I do not recommend

Terrible. Service costs just as much as competitors without the 5 year warranty. Termites never died. Had them over the kitchen and still have them in the kitchen island. First call to have them come was scheduled a month out. Lady on the call told me to just keep sweeping the tubes off the ceiling. What a joke of a company.

We knew we needed help when we saw the droppings in our house. Unified Services was recommended by a friend and we're so glad we contacted them. Don came out quickly and was very honest and gave us suggestions on how we might solve the problem on our own.

I did my research and decided on the best treatment. Then I did get a few quotes as I was interested in their methods and quality of treatment based on what I learned. These guys are the best. Mike was very knowledgeable and honest and so was his crew. They know their stuff and are incredibly hard workers. They did a very thorough and professional job and I highly recommended them!
