I waited three weeks for them to come give me a bid. They arrived, but it's been another three weeks and I still don't even have their quote. For a commercial project, they don't seem to want my business. I'd give zero stars if it allowed me. I've used this company for athletic field maintenance in the past, but in the last year or so, their service has gone really downhill.

Tarp your loads. Rinse your equipment. Luckily all I got to do is fix a chip on my windshield due to your neglect on I-10 today..

Good job AAA they're working out in the middle of nowhere far from anywhere. I'm out here archery hunting, and my battery died walk about 2 miles to ask him for a jump offered to pay $40, was denied and told a supervisor would be there to check on them and about half an hour he'll let him know .Supervisor drove by twice slow down the first time and then just took off. Good group of people working there for sure...

Worked landscaping for two days Little rough.

Bad management.

Not sure if this is common practice for this company to dispose of tree trimmings by spreading it all over. Looks pretty terrible directly behind our house. As per a conversation with a field supervisor they told me they never leave debris piles behind. So that contradicts the response from the company.

UPDATE: Management was responsive when I contacted them. I think the issue will be taken care of. They were running back and forth along my street at 6:30 in the morning yelling at each and waking up the neighborhood. In between they were racing a truck up and down the road. They had loud power saws and were going up into people's yards taking random chunks out of some of the neighbor's trees. I don't know why. I'm pretty sure they were not hired by any of the neighbors, and they were not landscaping, they were butchering. When I asked them to stop making so much noise one of them replied with ummm...rude hand gestures. UPDATE: Management was responsive and listened to my complaint. I think the problem will be taken care of.

Most of the time the workers just wonder around not really doing anything very little work is ever finished

They broke my waterline and claim they did not and don't want to fix it. I have no water and the city will not put it back on until the repairs are made. Their workers did the damage and are lying.
