Most importantly, Steve is effective. We have used Steve for our 120 year-old house for the last 10 years and we have experienced virtually no pest issues in the last 10 years. Almost as important, Steve is professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

We moved into a house that had a A LOT of spiders, ants, some centipedes and a mouse or two. After their first visit we noticed a difference, and now after a few more seasonal visits, the difference is night and day. Steve is a licensed, certified master technician who is very reasonable and uses pet safe chemicals. He also knows a lot about insects and animals, explaining their behaviors and how it impacts his approach. Our neighbors go to him as well.
